Old blond haired lady absolutely unpleasant, obnoxious and rude. And a tall short-haired man absolutely violent and aggressive, yells at costumers. Also a bit racist. Worst experience ever in this store and only got an “I’m sorry” from management. Looking at the reviews this has been happening for over a year, but they are “working on it” pfff. If u don’t know how to treat people, don’t work in costumer service!!! Racist store, be careful

The sales associates are really nice and very helpful.

I have found decent whiskey here before but occasionally they have some mildly hard to find whiskies priced over secondary. For example: Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and Toasted were both priced $10 over secondary prices. They will have no problem selling them, it’s just slightly disappointing :/

An absolute must stop in the Asheville area. The people are incredibly friendly, the cocktails are expertly crafted and their passion for distilling quality spirits is apparent. (Thanks for letting me get some 35mm photos of the still.)

Everytime I go into Liquor Locker they have a good selection and always have what I am going for in stock

Excellent customer service from the staff. May not be the biggest selection, but the staff are more than knowledgeable on there products and they will be able to help you find what you want.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful if I can't find something. The owner friendly and let me know when he was able to order a bourbon I had asked about. Prices are great also.

I was totally impressed... that I took the time to write and Express my thanks. First busy long weekend and the lineup was down to Red River Road... one if the friendly girls took our orders with a clipboard in hand while we were all waiting .... first time I've seen this and certainly helped in the speed of checkouts. Thank you for the ingenuity... it's just the little things. Jon

Helpful staff and large selection

We were looking for a good champagne for the new year that wouldn't' give us a wake-up headache tomorrow. The staff was so helpful. We will see tomorrow morning!!!!

Red River road . Good selection. Knowledgable staff as well as helpful. Also has vintage section with a wide selection for special occasions

My go to. Good selection of craft beers, liquor, and wine. Clean inside. Their main evening employee guy is warm and kind. This is my booze place.

I did a quick search on google for Warsteiner Pilsner near me. You can usually find this liquid gold on tap at the Gerst Haus on West Franklin. Showed limited stock at the First Avenue location. I showed up, and by golly, they had it. Left with my six-pack, happy as a clam, having paid just over 12$ with taxes. Like MacArthur, I shall return.

I don't drink, but every time I go there for my friends, they always have what I need in stock..
