Had a poor experience ordering from here for delivery. In short, someone made a mistake accepting our delivery and we ended up having to pay the difference on their mistake. Very poor customer service.

I huge selection on beers and wine. And good prices as well.

Great staffs! Their service is beyond their duty. My car was out of battery and one of staffs Tom didn’t hesitate to help boosting my car on Christmas Eve. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great place for home brew ingredients after adventures in home brewing shut their doors. Don’t expect the same extensive selection but has the basics. The owner, Mark, was very helpful and is aware and planning for the new demand that will be coming his way for local home brew supplies.

Great craft beer selection, best prices, & they discount older beer to keep inventory moving and maintain fresh beer. Assorted Six pack selection is above average. Receipts are detailed. This how a liquor store should be run.

The SAQ had what I wanted at a decent price. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff here have always been really nice and efficient, and the setup of the store is way more comfortable than the old Rideau LCBO. Two thumbs up.

Headline: refused service, money grabbing behaviour, and ruined Friday evening Full story: I was refused a 1ml sample but was welcomed to buy anything from the store. Why? I told the sales people that I went to a bar before I came in to look for something light on a Friday at 7pm. Why did I do that? When I worked in sales, I was often treated as a doormat. I have vowed to treat other sales people as people. Therefore, I often chat with them and not hesitate to share my life events. Consequence? I had a drink with my dinner; not that I was stinkingly drunk. I wasn't refused to buy from the store, but I can't sample a liquor that I have never tasted. Other customers were welcomed to taste anything because they were smart enough to not talk too much. Next step? I didn't buy anything and said I would never buy from them ever again. Lessons learned? Some people are supposed to be treated as doormats. I should never be friendly with people who don't deserve it. I should also be conscious that I am not white. I am local, some people often venture to bring up some "Canadian" rules to "educate" me. I will always remember that I should just shut up and pay tax. People like me don't deserve a nice Friday evening with a meal out (with a drink) and some nice service from a wine store where I would pay for merchandise. Conclusion: thank you for ruining my first planned fun Friday evening after the long lockdown, Wine Rock! My only sweet revenge is that you will never get another penny from me ever again.

Lots of great finds and a range of price points. Also ran a fun series of zoom tastings during lockdown and hopefully will start doing in person ones!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are getting more Canadian whiskey and gin so I keep going back to try different ones. It's a smaller LCBO but I think it has a great selection!

My wife and I attended the opening of 4four6 Distillery last night. They are adding to the rebirth of Sharpsburg with this hometown, family owned speakeasy. The decor is modern industrial, and the distillery has a cozy, jovial atmosphere. The drink menu is basic and right to the point. Flights of their gin and rums, mixed drinks, and ale on tap. Their Tom Collins was delicious and refreshing. A good time was had by all. We will be back for sure. Definitely worth a try! 4four6 distillery is going to make the 20’s roaring!

Bought a K95 mask from this store. It was already rip when I bought it. There was no other mask like it left in the store. They refused to give me full a refund. They only gave me back less than what I paid for it and lied and said that's all I paid for it. The guy at the store lied and said he was the one who sold it to me when he didn't. Then he tried to take my money back and give me the defective mask. Don't got to this store. They're criminals and thiefs.

Went in today to grab some wine and David was so amazing helping us out! He gave us recommendations as well as helped us find the bottle we were looking for. 100% deserves a raise such a friendly happy soul!!

It would have been a 5 star based on selection and options.... That being said ... the two workers.... I've seen skeletons and dead people with more of a personality. I just dumped over $500.00 into your establishment and their social skills was that of ... thanks... now get out. I'll go back because I'm not s ensitive... but those that are looking for good customer service... just be prepared.

All the stores have moved my vodka to top shelf and I Cant reach it. I have to get an employee to reach it for me.

Very nice employees and a good variety of drinks and stuff love the vibe and kindness of everyone never had a problem there at all always been treated with respect
