Distillery

I’ve driven past this place many times, but never stopped in. But that changed last week when I had friends visit me from out of town. We decided to give Nippitaty a try and were NOT disappointed. The bartender (Ethan) was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the drinks. We sampled them all and fully realized that gin, done correctly, is incredibly complex and tasty. We tried the cocktails and they were very refreshing and unique. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for downtown, and therefore bought a bottle of gin to enjoy until we return. It was even personally delivered to my door because we didn’t want to carry it around town. Thanks for a great time! We’ll definitely be back.

Place is a joke with their pricing. Businesses with this attitude towards their clients who keep them in business deserve to go under, and quickly.

Excellent! Had a great time at the distillery. Enjoyed the short tour. All of there products taste fantastic! Great staff and great environment! I've never had any interest in gin but their gin may have changed that! Update: 2 months after visiting the distillery, I found a bottle of their bourbon (Revival) at a local store. As a bourbon enthusiast, I have tested and tasted dozens of bourbons. Revival is now at the top of my list. The Jimmy red corn adds an incredibly intriguing and unique taste. High Wire has done an amazing job crafting a fine bourbon. If you enjoy bourbon (of even if you don't), don't pass up the opportunity to give this stuff a try. On a side note, their gin is very hard to find outside of Charleston; stock up while you're there.

We opted for a tour of the distillery and it was fascinating, we learned so much! You can tell the distillers are passionate about what they do and everything is extremely high quality. The drinks were fabulous!

Decent selection of some nice options. Very clean and organized. Good combination packages for mixed drinks for people who are on vacation.

Unbelievably over priced!!! I Expect to pay a bit of a premium for the convenience but this was ridiculous. We left without buying anything. A small handle of Malibu was $44 whereas the largest bottle 1.75 L was $26.99 at the store 5 minutes away. In addition the selection was extremely poor.

This place is a hidden gem - came in just to resupply, but they were having a tasting and the proprietor recommended Infuse Spirits high-rye bourbon. She was very knowledgeable and her recommendation was spot on! Go there; you won't regret it.

Friendly, helpful, and a great selection. The store is clean and bright when you walk in and they have something for everyone. My new go-to.

Very RUDE!!! They only give the good stuff to customers they want to. Baldy has no ability to be the manager, but at least the assistant manager knows his stuff. The owners try to outbeat Total Wines. Have no brains or compassion for customers or employees. Not worth the hassle to go here!!!!

For those of you who remember The Bullwinkle Show: "Eenie, meanie, chilly beanie, the Spirits are about to speak." "Are they friendly Spirits?" "Friendly--just look!" The proprietors, Mark and Z, are two of the friendliest "Spirits" you will ever meet. They will be more than happy to help you make your selection or offer suggestions. Customer service with a smile! Don't be put off by the interior décor. I understand that major renovations will soon be underway. The wide range of "spirits" is remarkable and at some of the best prices I've found.
