Employees at Curbside Pickup were very nice and helpful. I had an issue with my order since I had to leave unexpectedly. Customer Care responded to my email and then they were able to help me by phone. It took a few days to get it resolved, but Customer Care was quick and I was issued a refund.

It's a great place to shop for all your needs. Only wish they served rotisserie chicken and other hot foods later in the evening as not everyone works 9-5

Recently commissioned an off-grid solar system for our retirement home with 21.6 kW's of PV's, two Sol-Ark 12K OD Hybrid inverters and three eFortress eVault 18.5 Max batteries. I have to say these batteries so far have been awesome! The BMS system works flawlessly in keeping the batteries perfectly synced and protected. I considered several other battery options when designing my system and am extremely happy that I decided on Fortress.

Ampericon installed my 42 panel solar array system 11 years ago and I thought they did a great job, walked me through the process and successfully got me all the rebates I was entitled to. Things were great for the first 8 years or so until I found that they were increasingly harder to get a hold of to replace defective micro inverters under warranty. After repeated calls and emails they did come out a couple times over the last three years to replace the warrantied parts. This past two years however has been a nightmare getting a response from them. They have no customer service department and rarely answer the phone or emails. In April 2022, I sent an email expressing my frustrations with their lack of responsiveness and they responded that they no longer had the capacity to service my system. Hmm..I was directed to either wait for an unknown period of time or call Enphase to find an installer that could help me. Basically, I'm no longer a priority and whether or not the system they installed works well or not is none of their concern. Don't be fooled by the courtship because you'll be disappointed when you need service and are told to take a hike, if you are even responded to at all. Top notch organization. I got five quotes for my ground mounted residential solar array and they were they most competitive on price per kWh and also had the most professional and knowledgeable presentation. Work was done well and on schedule, communication was excellent. The array has outperformed the expected output in the first year. Highly recommended without reservation.

No details to share yet my service was just recently activated. No issues yet but I thought with a power outage I would still have power due to me not having a battery I would lost power that what was explained to me by the sales representative. I then inquired about a battery to go with the system I was told my home was to small then another time I was told they are no longer with the company that supply the battery and it would be a separate cost. I can give a better detail about this company probably in the next 3 months not right now

Solar me did an incredible job with roof replacement, EV charger installation and solar panel installation. From the beginning Jon Knox was very informative and helpful through out the whole process. I talked to Joseph and decided to go ahead with Solar for my house for the following reasons: 1. I was concerned about how it would look. Joseph showed me a number of houses and the panels looked great. 2. I was concerned about cost and Joseph showed me how the panels would actually pay for themselves. 3. He showed me how the panels would increase the value of my house. 4. He also talked about a government incentive which would pay for part of the panels. I came away from our conversation very excited about solar. I was impressed that his solar company was working in Haiti. So I want to continue with them...

If you want a solar panel for home, give this company a try. In my own experience (I have 4 panels at the moment), they are the best at installing solar panels on home. However, remember that the cost of getting solar panels for your home vary from house to house.

Skilled professionals at every step in the process; bidding, design, installation, testing, and service. Our system is a ground mounted PV with storage battery. The trenching crew took care to avoid damaging shade tree roots. Electricians and Mechanics were fast and experienced. The PV panels are performing at high efficiency. Service post-installation has been excellent, a battery issue was quickly corrected on-site by a Service Tech.
