Advance Power installed our photovoltaic solar systems some 20 years ago. The panels on one of the systems failed after about 4 years It was established that this was due to a manufacturer problem. Advance Power replaced these panels at no cost. The systems have been working perfectly. If I have any questions about the systems I can always call Advance Power and get advice/recommendations

Solar Works completed our 2022 installation at least three weeks before their initial estimated date! Solar Works responded very promptly to my email queries. The installers were very good about following COVID-19 safety protocols. Many years ago, I worked as an electrician, so I'm happy to report that the quality of the install was quite good.

I had a great experience with Byers from Allterra Solar. I was worried that my problems would have required a truck roll and hours of labor but we were able to resolve the problem remotely over the course of a few days. I love my new panels! Solvest is a very professional company and they were a pleasure to do business with. They laid out the entire installation, and met or exceeded my expectations. It took a long time from start to finish, but that was due to red tape from YG, Feds, Atco, CoW. But Solvest knew what to do, who to talk to, and when it would be done. Absolute experts! Late afternoon on a Friday, we experienced a “fatal error” on our inverter. We called Steven, hoping he’d be there and be able to help us out. He gave us several steps to try, in the hopes that the system would reboot and the cause would be identified. We followed his suggestions and, thankfully, it worked! We are back up and running. We have worked with Steven at RES for much of our off-grid system. He always gives us five-star service! Highly recommended. Thanks!

I ordered the install of Generac standby system from this company in October 2021 and provided a $2000 deposit to secure an installation date in November. I called to follow up on the order and installation in January after I had not heard from them. Jim Norman (apparently the owner) provided me an updated stating the supply chain delays has also reached his company. I asked for the refund of my deposit. He told me he would but the check in the mail that day. I have called his office two weeks in a row inquiring about my refund and I have yet to receive it. Each time I call, I get the run around and the exact same response, the check will be in the mail today. I even sent an email confirmation to him and his admin/accounts receivable last Friday (31 Jan 22) still no response or check. I called again today (1 Feb 22) to follow-up on the refund, the Accounts Receivable Clerk, Delilah Daniel, catches an attitude and confirms the wrong mailing address then says the check is in the mail. I asked if she say when I can expect to receive it? She says I don’t know when the postmaster puts it in the mail. I advise anyone to try another company. The days are long gone where you have honest people on the other end of the call. Please avoid my mistake if you can.
