Fast and professional

Wonderful! Very helpful people. Great fabrics designed by locals. Jan knew the gentleman who ownes the bike-cab and called him for us. Will be back on my next Alaska trip.

I want to personally thank you for your excellent Customer Service. It is always a pleasure dealing with a respectable Company. Thanks again for the excellent service. I look forward once again to continued business.

Excellent quality. We love our Sail Shade so much we bought 2! Provides a nice cool place for kids and adults!

The lady that helped us with the garage door was super helpful and knowledgeable

Spent 20 minutes in the store. Apparently they don’t have anyone that speaks English. So clearly only catering to select group of people. Possibly not a legit business.

We asked a worker for help finding an item and he was extremely helpful. Would definitely come back if I needed help with a project

I would appreciate a response regarding a deposit I made several months ago for robes that were not delivered. I have left several messages and emails but no one has taken the time to contact me. Debi Orah Spa Salon

We were evacuated from our campsite due to very large fire in kettle falls. We moved to Walmart for the night so we could find a new site during daylight hours the next day. We were woken up rudely at 10am and accused of staying here the past 3 weeks. A dozen other trailers were not harassed because they've been there less than 24 hours just like us. Have proof of where we have been the past 3 weeks. Be expecting a call from my lawyers.

Daily stop when working in construction. Wood, concrete, nails, insulation, spray foam ... you get the picture.

Service Could Use Improvement but Good Blinds, Good Manufacturer We ordered custom blinds and paid a 50% deposit in the 1st week of April - - would take 6-8 weeks max to arrive, install. Hadn’t heard anything by then so we called to follow up. Finally got word that one of our boxes was missing and they were investigating. Due to a lack of follow up, we took it upon ourselves to call the manufacturer who was quick to identify issue. Blinds arrived weeks later than expected, all in good condition and of good quality. However our living room blinds were cut too wide, waiting another 4-5 weeks. Arlene’s was quick to take action on getting the replacement.
