Unbelievable! I've logged at least 8 calls to them. Always too busy to talk or when a promise is made for a date to come to the site, no confirmation call arrives. Or "I've got 3 call waiting, can I call you back". No return call. They must be raking it in the $$ as receptionist says they're swamped with work but in January she says "I sit here twiddling my thumbs." Will I call back in January. Likely not. I would not recommend bothering with this company for a smaller job. They're just not into it.

The manager in the technology services section was rude and impatient but everyone else was really helpful

Selection is not as great as a Home Depot or Lowes, but people are very helpful and knowledgeable and prices are competitive.

Scott was very knowledgeable and suggested great alternatives to help complete my project, and to save me some money. Out of stock inventory was ordered and delivered when promised. I'll be back. JP

I really like this Slegg as the staff are all really great and very knowledgeable. I am not a contractor but the staff treat me with the same respect. Great staff, great selection, and great prices. Just a great place to shop at!

I love Michaels. I do feel guilt whenever I go in however, as it reminds me of all the crafty things I started, but never got around to finishing. Is it possible to feel guilt and inspiration at the same time? That is how I feel in Michael's. Anyways, Michael's ain't cheap, but when you need to get your craft on, they'll usually have what you are looking for. It is surprising to find a Michael's on this part of Alberni Street, right by $40,000 watch stores, and super douche, botox people restaurants, but here it is! It is a great store for crafters! Also, don't forget to find an online coupon before you shop that will usually get you 30-50% off of a single item. This helps heaps!
