Great place for your flooring needs

I have been exclusively using Owen Flooring for a few years now, to be honest I'm not sure what first brought me into the store back then but man am I glad that I did. It was so refreshing to be in a place of business where the owner/ salesman didn't really care to try to sell me anything. He just was excited to offer me a doughnut from a local bakery and show me all the cool product that he caries that no one else in town does. Years later here we are, they have just done a very nice and welcomed addition to their show room. Building is absolutely beautiful now and now has ample space for all the very well organized and frequently updated samples. This is more than a flooring store, as they are continually trying to find better ways to aid their clients in satisfying their design dreams, they are now the areas only Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper dealer. What a match made in heaven, if you want the best product on your floor why wouldn't you want the best for your walls too. Having recently done a large renovation to my home I can say that Owen Flooring was a joy to work with start to finish, their whole team is fantastic. Very thankful for how accommodating they were with changing timelines, as well as their eye for detail. In conclusion save yourself the effort of shopping around for your next reno project, Owen will not be the cheapest but I guarantee that your experience and finished result will be the best.

Guhde Flooring installed carpet in the Kirtland Public Library. They did a phenomenal job! Mike and Jaca did a great job with the design and Jay was terrific with installation. We had a volunteers moving books and shelves and the Guhde folks were very accommodating -- they worked with us as far as scheduling the installation. It was an excellent experience!

We are so pleased with the knowledge and professionalism shown by all involved with our selection of flooring. Installation was completed in one day by an amazing duo who never took a break. Thank you to all, including the follow up call post install. Highly recommend this business.

MHW removed a wall in my home and did not install proper support. My ceiling cracked and bowed, and Michael Martin would not return to repair his work or reimburse me for the damages. I had to hire another contractor to repair the damage at the cost of $1500. Michael Martin also began a project in my home that he was paid for, but will not return to complete. Work was not done to the dimensions we agreed upon and is currently useless and was left unfinished. Poor follow up, Michael Martin does not return phone calls or text messages. He has been telling me for the past 12 months that he will finish the project and repair the damages. Strongly recommend not using his or his services as it may be detrimental to your home and finances.
