I buy all my companies flooring from Best laminate, its always delivered in a timely fashion and packaged professionally. I can honestly say I haven't had any issues through out the entire process. If you do have the opportunity to call in a order they staff ( Vanessa )is very helpful and friendly. We will be using them for years to come.

I'm a millennial and was doing shopping of my new house. The did not even want to talk to me when I walked in the door even though I was a serious buyer. I feel like they are trying to sell to people who are 65+ that are retired Lawyers. Don't wast your time in Watertown for tiles and counter-tops, go to Syracuse or Canada instead!

I went there for the first time recently, in my ongoing search for some trim- I wanted the worn- look, like something you’d find from a barn. I was greeted nicely by Mike, and a woman of whom I do not know her name..., and was then directed to the area with what I wanted. A man named Kevin met me outside of the building and was very kind and helpful in finding what was needed. My search for the trim I was looking for is over. I will return again for future purchases!

We love our new Shaw carpet and continually marvel at its soft feel under foot! It's just what we were looking for. Your installers were professional arriving on time, filling cracks, installing new tackless strips where needed and perfectly placing the nice quality padding and the lush carpet. Great job and we love it! The marble pieces surrounding the fireplace are beautiful.
