This guys installed carpet on my stairs. Besides the good price, they did a great and nice job. They were also flexible with my time!

Great place highly trained professional. I got them to renovate my house last year. The result is pretty good Amber is really helpfully in terms of budgeting, design and helping me get the best deal on materials.

My experience with skillman flooring was pathetic we had given them work for flooring and to do our stairs the work that the people from skillman flooring did was so unprofessional. Some examples would be they left paint marks on our wall they had cracked our doors with hammer when they were working they were not paying attention to what they were doing they just wanted to finish the work and leave. When the people from skillman flooring were working on our stairs they dropped the paint all over the floor and the rod of the stairs which hold the stair handle together were shaking and when they were painting our stairs they dropped a lot of varnish on the new flooring and they made a real mess of the project. After spending $8,000 on the project I get a screed up home. That's why I would strongly recommend not to give them any work because they don't know their work and if you give them work be prepared for your home to be screwed. Here is another highlight of the work they did for me. The work at my house should have taken them 3 weeks to finish instead it took them 4 months to finish. At the end I will only say this skillman flooring has a bunch of unprofessional people who don't know their work. I would not make the same mistake of contacting them for any of my renovation work. I would say to all not to give them any work because they made myhouse a nightmare. I would strongly appeal again not to give these unprofessionals from skillman flooring any work if you do you will regret it. I made a very big mistake that I gave them a contract to renovate my home. I would not go back to him even if he offers me to work from free and I would advice others to do the same and not give them any work.

Hi Ali, first of all, I'm so sorry to say that this is the ever first time I've never seen such negative comments in the past ten years doing this business. Let me describe what happened on that day: It was a busy Monday as usual, once you and your friends stepped in, there were over ten people in the line at the front desk. So unfortunately neither me nor my colleague notice you and did not say any greetings to you. Our major business is wholesale, facing flooring stores, contractors, builders even real estate agents. We hardly do any advertising in this area, only 10% is retail customer, and most of whom were referred by their contractors, I guess that's the reason why you guys were here in our showroom, cause I saw one young contractor that I am familiar with. I was interrupted by a young lady saying" can you come for a second we've been waiting for so long"without looking at us When I was helping a contractor customer, who you mentioned as a "guy friend". I stand up immediately excused him and went straight to the lady in the showroom. She said there were two colors that she might want, and one of the colors is in our other location that I need to call and confirm the stock. I called Markham location and the receptionist said he's gonna call me back. The contractor said he had to rush and asked me to finish his order so he would be able to leave. Then I stayed in the front desk finished writing his order waiting for Markham's reply, only after 5 mins, the young lady stepped out from the showroom and taunted me "your customer service is AMAZING" and a guy showed us thumbs down. Another lady customer who was about to sign a contract agreement with us shaking her head and was shocked how young people have no patience at all nowadays. Everyone has a scale in their mind, mind your words young gentleman, sorry for my limited ability that I cannot please every single person like you. And again, please do not write this kind of review to mislead our potential customers.

Nice floor options can not say the same about the installation.
