We live in Kitchener/Waterloo but we chose Hardwood Outlet Brampton store after reading so many great reviews by the satisfied customers and found everything to be true. Amazing service, great product, better prices, but most importantly very professional and honest people. We met with Yousef who made the whole experience hassle free from start to end and made us customer for life. A mark of great company is how they treat their customers afterwards. Their installation service is incredible and will bend over backwards to ensure customers are satisfied 100%. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends. I wish I had discover this store earlier. Keep up the good work team!

When I walked into the store they were quite busy but One of the representitives greeted me and let me know they would help me out shortly. I browsed around and found some great selections of hardwoods, tiles and backsplash. I was having a little difficulty narrowing them down but luckily one of the representitives was helping me by this time. He was informative and very helpful. This definitely did make the process more smoothe. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for high quality home improvement supplies at a great price.
