The floors look great but unlike every other supplier of materials I used in my renovation, Coswick and their distributor (AA Floors) will not accept returns of the excess unopened materials, even with a restocking fee which is standard practice. Coswick says it's "out of their hands" and their distributor says that it's Coswick's policy. Considering their floors were on the pricier end of the spectrum it's extremely disappointing to end up being told to sell the left over flooring on Kijjiji when they're a standard stocked item I spent nearly $9K on.
