I am so glad I found the team at Universal Flooring. A friend offered to install some laminate for me and made the biggest mess of it imagineable. I found someone who said they could take it up and fix it. they walked in, looked and ran away. I looked online and found Cathy, Baha and their marvekous son Brandon. I lucked out Brandon was just finishing a job and could come shortly. In 1.5 days he had the two floors taken up and unfortunately they were not salvageable but he found me one that was perfect that they had in stock and put it in right away. and am Impeccable job!!! I needed it done as Im selling my house. and I need alot of floors in my new house and I have found my floor company for that, so glad, and a big thank you to all of you.

We desperately needed a new kitchen floor and dropped into Carpet Corral. We had a stellar recommendation from our daughter and her husband. We spoke to Mark about the quality of the products and Mark told us to take samples home to try them out. We selected our floating vinyl pattern. Peggy came and measured our area and we added a staircase as well, that was to be carpeted. Within two weeks our old flooring was removed. The craftsmen, Chris and Tyler, came and quickly installed the beautiful kitchen floor and the carpet on the stairs. We are exceptionally pleased with this service and the products. and will happily recommend this company to all of our friends. Thank you Carpet Corral

Was recommended by another customer. "back in an hour" sign had been there for the last two days. The hours aren't helpful as I was off early from work to get a chance to go, only to see the sign. wasted my time. Mailbox is full.

We had a great experience getting our stairs recarpeted by this place. The folks in store were really patient and helpful explaining to us all the options, not pushy or trying to upsell us on stuff we dont need. The installation went off smoothly too - I'm always nervous with other people doing work to my house but the installer came when they said he would, did a great job and cleaned up too. I'd go back here for work in a heartbeat.

Very kind and pleasant service. They have a nice variety of products. We got a really great price for laminate floor -Made in Germany-. No complains. We'll buy here again for sure.
