Carpet Plus
805 Preston Ave #Suite 1, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22903, United States
Have used Carpet Plus twice in my current home over the past seven years since I moved to Charlottesville. Just used them again for a home renovation of a different house when my contractors carpet company caused a bit of a problem. Carpet Plus stepped up, took over at the eleventh hour--I got a better quality product for a better price with prompt efficient, professional and pleasant service--just as they had in my two previous experiences. I am definitely a fan
Two Brothers Flooring

Read the YELP reviews. Completely unprofessional company. Sold Living Social coupons throughout the area and then said they would not honor because they sold too many at too low a price. wanted to make side deals. Very hard to contact and when you do they don't show up, at all. Never called to say why they didn't show up and won't answer phone. Check out the owners response to a concern on YELP, it is hilarious unless you thought you were hiring a professional company check out their Facebook page, it has not been updated since July. Too busy to promote yourselves? I think too lazy to be bothered

Associates ignore customers, except for the older gentleman who is a greeter. They will watch you just standing in line waiting to be rung up and ignore you. I've left my items because no one would ring up my stuff a couple of times. The bathrooms are always closed. I'm positive the employees go next door when they have to go. The store is usually a mess too. Listen up Roses, pay your employees a decent wage so they'll actually do their job, fix the nasty bathrooms, and organize this store!
