Flooring

I wanted carpet installed in my finished basement and Debbie went above and beyond to get the carpet I wanted and have it installed within the time I needed. No one (carpetland, lowes, etc) could do this. Her crew was great and helped us have a finished basement before Christmas. Go local and use Debbie

The stockade fencing is located in the fenced in gardening area at the very back and carts that need to be used to load this were on the other end of the store. Why wouldn't they have this fencing in the same area as the rest of the lumber where the H carts are. This store drives me crazy. Home Depot is much more organized!

Courteous and helpful!

A good store to go to for some great deals. They have a variety of things....from clothes to cleaning supplies to automotive stuff to childrens toys..etc... The store is well maintained. The employees are very nice.

There carpet installers are amazing, best carpet ive ever seen

They did a really good job at Evening out the floors So there would not be a lot of transition Through the house. However it did take more time then we thought it ended up being a 3 day job instead of a 2 day job they did not put the doors back what's meant that we had to pay somebody to come over and saw the bottom of the doors and put them backup that was very up setting they took them down they should have put them back they had the stuff to do right there with them and they should have clean the floors Thoroughly before they l left. And the guy that checked on his crew should take customers service skills

Excellent staff and very knowledgeable! Helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and could afford!

We had been looking at the big box stores for laminate flooring as we wanted to install it ourselves. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted so we decided to check these guys out. The staff at Eastern Flooring took the time to listen and help us find the perfect colors and materials for what we wanted. We were able to order the needed materials and pick them up less than a week later. When we needed more supplies (because we rookies had wasted some material on trial and error), it was no problem just to pick up the phone and order what we needed. I will use them again in the future when we tackle the laundry room and bathroom for our tiling needs!
