Flooring

Called many contractors to get quotes to refinish floors in my recently purchased house which had been a rental for many years. I was impressed with Doug's walkthrough and explanation of the process. He was the only contractor who pointed out possible issues with water damage and the ability to sand it completely out (turned out not to be an issue). The final result of his refinish are truly exceptional. His crew was professional, on-time everyday, the job site well kept when not in use, and the job was completed days ahead of schedule. Great experience.

This is a great small business that goes above and beyond to make your home or office look amazing! And they go way beyond gloucester!

Was very impressed the attention to detail this crew had for rental property. We rented a place very last minute and it desperately needed new flooring, within two days they were able to replace all the flooring in the place we were trying to move into. They even helped us carry our furniture upstairs. Very nice crew, professional and very polite. When we buy a house we'll be going to BB Family Floors.

Excellent customer service and installers were great

This is the third shower/bathroom that Lasting Impressions has completed for me. Chuck does excellent work and I have yet to have any issues with his work. I highly recommend him to do you tile work.

They have everything for cheap, I found a dog cage for a 70lb dog for only 50$ bucks. #bargain

Great service....older gentlemen helped me with 2 bags of mulch and my huge Sunflower. :)

Was told to pickup my product this afternoon. I arrived at 3:30 to find out they closed at 3 every day. Doesnt make much sense to me. Was not very happy.

There is not enough praise to give to Zack and crew at Hapax~! My concrete project began with a polished living room floor-liked it so much then went to the bedroom floor--then liked it so much moved to the guest bathroom floor--liked it so much went tot the master bath floor.....and lastly had Haypax manufacture two integrated bathroom counter tops. Zack listens to the client and bends over backwards to address their concerns. He patiently answers all questions, and can quickly ascertain what is needed to achieve the client's vision. Furthermore, if something is not right--he does not wait for the client to say something-he takes his own initiative to make all his work perfect. Zack takes pride in his work and diligently strives to make his client's happy. He has an easy-going personality which makes working with him pleasant. Additionally, he is knowledgable on all things concrete and can answer all questions regardless of their complexity. For my countertops--I showed him pictures and he easily duplicated the design. I do not think anything is beyond his reach. I am particular in my quest for quality in workmanship---Zack took it all stride--and was attentive to every detail. Furthermore, he is readily available even if he is at work on another job. The staff at Hapax are as knowledgable as Zack--have years of training/experience-therefore, you can always feel confident that they will execute the job to your standards. Lastly, Zack has a great sense of style-good taste--and you can feel confident in all his recommendations. Through all my projects--I grew attached to Zack & Hapax---simply because they treat everyone as family.

Lots of choices
