Incredibly happy with my polished concrete floor. Terrific company!

These guys did an excellent job on our countertops. We also ordered a new single-basin sink with them and it is amazing!

Good quality workmanship.

Knowledgable staff.Good prices.

this place can be hit or miss with help to your car but there tool rental section has got a couple ED and friends that go out there way to help .

They installed the wrong carpet out of Port Hadlock store. When I called to report, he argued that that was the carpet I had picked. I still had the sample and knew it was not the same. Similarly, the carpet they installed was one color and I definitely did not want a one color carpet because it shows the dirt so easily. So, McCrorie's response was to offer to clean the carpet free within the first year - a silly offer since we want our carpets to last much, much longer than 1 year. I shan't be using them again for carpets or flooring. This carpet was installed in one of 2 apartment buildings I manage, so we will be buying thousands of dollars of carpet over the next decade plus, but not at McCrorie's.

Elements Hardwood Floors came highly rated on Angie’s List, and I would have to agree! Kevin and assistant are masters at refinishing floors! I didn’t know if the master bedroom floor could be saved But Kevin came in with his high tech equipment and made our three bedrooms floors look like they were new! Simply amazing! Remember when refinishing old floors made a huge mess? Well things have changed! There was no dust! A few tips... plan your floor refinishing for when you go on vacation. The 500 sq ft we had refinished took two days to sand and one to finish in a matte finish and 5 to cure to the point I felt comfortable sleeping in the rooms. A Gloss finish takes longer to apply and cure.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They never said no, just when and where. Prices are affordable compared to United or Star rentals. Definitely recommend for all your flooring needs, or questions.

Incredible selection of items with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We'll be back!
