Unbelievably awful customer service. They acknowledged that they did not fix the generator and forgot to tighten a screw. They came out and fixed it but when it broke just two months later, they refused to come out again as they said it wasn't their responsibility and they had made to many trips out.

I try to shop local and usually use North Bend Ace because it's more convenient than driving to Issaquah. The staff is iffy. Sometimes you'll get that one person who is more than helpful. However they seem to more than often say the right words ( can I help you?) but the body language is I really don't want to help you so don't ask. Something I'd expect with bigger city hardware stores.

I stopped in looking for a taller seat post because the shop I bought my bike from said they had it all the way up, and their out of business. They found my current seat post to be way below maximum height and the seat angle was all wrong. The only compensation they asked for is my future business, and they'll get it.

Bob and Mary and staff offer excellent customer service with a small town friendliness. They really go above and beyond anything I have found in a "big box" store, working with installation, selection, loaning samples, etc. Their furniture sales are great! I love to read, so have many beautiful oak bookcases from them.

Way to long of line. Put all my stuff back, them left. The line in the garden center is always long, never enough help, always problems. To be honest I hate going to Home Depot, it's always a last resort. They make you post a rating, I would give it -1 if they let me.
