Flooring

The installation crew from Woodpecker was very quick and cooperative considering our tight timeline. They started the work on the promised date and worked really hard to finish the project on time. Their work was flawless, impeccable finishing. I'm very happy to have decided to go with Woodpecker Flooring company. if you are looking for a positive experience go for Woodpecker.

I was a customer in the dim sum restaurant next door who witnessed the people who work here show some very unprofessional behaviour towards someone else. Apparently one of the employees had parked in front of a car and blocked them from leaving. The people in the car had asked this employee to move, and he and another man who I believe is the owner or manager then proceeded to yell and show them a sign that said the spot they parked in was reserved for customers of their store only, and that they would not move and would make them sit and wait. The man who blocked them was also using innapropriate language towards these people and proceeded to go back inside the store. Fortunately, a few minutes later he went back out and decided to move his car. But not before making one last comment to the people, saying "Next time read the f-ing sign". If these people can act this way towards others over something so small, I don't care how good their product is, I will never buy from them. I understand their side of the argument and the sign for their customers, but to act in the way that they did by telling them to sit and wait until they felt like moving and to use innapropriate language is uncalled for. They simply could have told them about the sign in a professional way without being so rude. Not to mention that blocking them in the spot in the first place was unnecessary. The behaviour by these two was unprofessional and uncalled for.

I was very pleased with the service & support from the staff at this Lowe’s. I had a modest buget and needed to upgrade my kitchen ASAP. The cost and quality of Lowe’s kitchen cabinets and flooring was incredible! They worked with my schedule and my budget. Thanks to Gerry the installation manager, we were able to coordinate budget, delivery and installation. This Lowe’s gets a five star review! Thank you Lowe’s team! Next we tackle a new powder room!

John, the owner is a professional and hard worker. He'll go above and beyond. When he installed the flooring in my house he went out and bought extra materials and completed some aesthetic work. He doesn't charge stupid prices for labour and is very attentive to detail. Would recommend. As a small business owner he understands how to make things work for the customer and himself.
