I bought flooring and paid in full. Store closed. No answer.

The guys at LA Carpet are real pros; lots of stock in the warehouse and incredibly knowledgeable about all flooring needs. Incredibly responsive service. Highly recommend

Returns are never fun but they made it right. I recently purchased three Ryobi 18v Li-ion batteries, two of the 4Ah and one of the 1.5Ah. The little one and one of the big ones wouldn't take or hold a charge. It was a combined online order and a purchase from the HD on Sunset that I'd lost the receipt for. It took a lil bit but they let me make my case and I left with the charger and the three functional batteries that I paid for. Extra points (a return to 5 stars) for letting me test the replacements in-store to be sure they'd work this time :)

A regular stop for me. Such a blessing that they accept donations for resale and use the money to support building HABITAT for Humanity... I've found amazing treasures here, also saving myself a lot of money. Winners all around!!

Finding stuff at Home Depot isn't the problem. Trying to work with Customer Service is a nightmare-absinthe-fever dream. I purchased a cabinet, and had it delivered to my apartment. Upon opening, I noticed that it had a crack in the back. Annoying, but it happens. Then I tried to arrange a pickup and return... (All calls include hold times of 5-15min) Call 1: On hold for 10min, then the system hung up on me. Failure! Call 2: Spoke with an associate, who told me that she would have to speak to a supervisor and call me back. No call back. Failure! Call 3: Repeat of Call 2. Received call back later that day to arrange pickup of item. Success! Item was picked up.... But they didn't credit my account for the return. Failure! Back to the phone lines. Call 4: See Call 2, with a proposed call back in 15min. Failure! Call 5: Okay, this hold was 35min. I had stuff to do, and hung up. My fault for having valuable time. Stay tuned. My cretinous tale of woe has not yet ended! UPDATE: Call 6: Reached an associate, issue resolved, expect credit in 3-5 business days. Let's see what happens. ---Three days later, credit was received. Now if I could just be compensated for all my wasted time...
