Flooring

Bob did such a great job with my carpet that I had him to vinyl plank flooring downstairs. He's honest, straight forward, a very hard worker. His quotes are very reasonable for the quality of work. He will be doing my friends house soon!

Good place

I replaced the carpet in my basement, and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of both the carpet and the service! Ben helped me find exactly what I needed that fit my budget, and was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional each step of the way. I highly recommend Carpet Mill Outlet if you are looking to upgrade your floors!

Jim's bid to add new floor in a couple bedrooms and refinish oak floors in the rest of my 1500 sq. ft. job was lower than others. However his communication with job start and finish dates was not clear. In the end the floor came out pretty good. I decided to have oak put on the crawlspace door which made the overall price go up which is understandable. After the job was finished I owed an outstanding balance on the job but I needed a few spots looked at where finish seemed to be thin or not existent. After he was paid - Jim simply did not respond to fix the spots. If you're looking for floor service - you may want to look elsewhere - I guess you get what you pay for.

Susie and the whole team were fantastic, on time, thorough and great personalities to boot. I got into a pinch on another matter and they saved the day!

The guys were great to work with. They have a solid selection and the quality of their products is impressive. Bought 3 rugs instead of 1 because I had such a great experience!
