Dear Dan,
Just a note to let you know how much I really appreciate all your assistance with the recent purchase of my new carpet. I really love the carpet selection you suggested for my master bedroom and hall.
I also would like to let you know what a beautiful job they did with the installation. I am just delighted with how beautiful it looks and with their care and professionalism with the installation.
Again thank you for all your time and assistance, it is truly appreciated.
Most Sincerely,
Diane Piner

Installers were great... However I would NOT recommend this company due to POOR communication. They only have one goal and that is to take your money. Once they're paid you will not hear back from them. I even reached out to the owner and got a defensive email off back when that was not the reason for contact. He did not even attempt to call me or anything...He assumed I was contacting him to be negative and did not even care to hear anything I had to say. (which was positive feedback about his installers) Customer Service is everything. I went through Home Depot and it hasn't been a good experience. Save yourself a headache.

Did superb work years ago, now he has promised to do another job for us & ignored telephone calls, finally claim he can't hear me on the phone, I called back and the telephone was turned off. We're very disappointed, since his work is superb. Suppose our current need is not enough $$'s for him. Oh well. Best of luck to you

My family LOVES Ollie's. Amazing prices on all sorts of things but we mainly go for the books. Super cheap and they have a great inexpensive rug selection. You can find toys here half of what other stores are charging. Always worth a browse because they are constantly getting new stuff.
