My wife and I wanted to take some wood samples home and Terry told us we'd have to leave a $20 deposit, and that'd we get the deposit back after we returned the samples. Well I returned the samples over 2 months ago and spoke with 3 different people during that time, including Andrew and Terry, and was assured several times that 'the check is in the mail'. At this point, they can keep their 20 bucks. If a company is incapable of properly handling 20 bucks, why would anyone want to purchase thousands of dollars of flooring from them? I already found a legitimate company that I can purchase flooring from anyway.

Had KLC come and tile my shower for me, they were the best! Very friendly and professional. They do a great job and take pride in their work! This is not a "crew" coming in unsupervised to do your work, they are the name behind the work and that gives you the assurance that they take pride in what they do. My little plastic shower is finally gone, and now my bathroom is respectable.... I feel like I am bathing in a high end hotel now! Looks great, grout work was nice and precise, they even made the small details like cutting around my circular shower drain look amazing. Thanks guys!

This place is extremely absurd, we had a quote made up for 3 bedrooms and the living room with a little hallway in between the rooms the first quote 8k!!!! Then we called and complained that their is absolutely no way 900 as ft would cost that to have who I'm assuming is the manager come out and redo the estimate to again get a quote for 6k I'm sorry but every other place I've got quotes from were half that price. I mean how do you quote someone something do atrocious?

Thank you so very much for your incredible assistance and customer service. The Cornflower #848 is a perfect substitute for the out of stock "Pacifica" color.

Wilson Carpet and Flooring was recommended to us and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. We were looking to replace all of our carpets in our new house but couldn't find a company who provided an affordable rate. We received quotes from big box stores but they always included additional fees that were unnecessary. Wilson Carpet only sold us what we needed saving us thousands. We ordered LVT and carpet. It arrived the next day and installed the following week. The installation crew was very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you for making this a great experience.
