The employees who know what they are doing are great but not NEARLY enough of them. Lots of blank expressions when you ask about a plumb bob or joiner. But the ones who know- they know all

I would strongly not recommend this company. They were off on the amount of flooring I needed by several hundred sq. ft and they were off even more for a friend of mine, they paid for her tile and extra grout but did not do the same for me, resulting in a huge additional expense. They damaged a chandelier of mine and instead of paying to replace it and have someone hang it (very tall ceilings) I received a check for a partial amount. They damaged all of our baseboards, they paid to have shoe moulding put on but not have it painted, which again we incurred additional expenses. Our shower isn't draining correctly, they will only fix it if we pay for all new materials. For the HUGE amount of money we paid them, they only partially fixed their mistakes. Too many good options out there and they showed us repeatedly they aren't willing to do what it takes to fix their issues.

Willow Wood floors did a great job bringing my 1964 wood floors back to live. Their price was very competitive and they finished the job in less than one week. Everything worked out very good and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Garrett

If I could give less than one star I would. Between Lowe's and Keller they can't get story straight because of so many lies. The woman that answers the phone at Keller is the absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

I have been in retail almost my entire life, never have I been so impressed with customer service like this. Stop wasting time going from floor place to floor place, the integrity, quality and service is unbeatable from floor Center of Tampa Bay!

Good customer service juat ask. If an associate cant help you they will the person who can. Wide array of items. Commercial and residential. Located between two major highways and shopping centers. Ample parking.they will also price match and beat any competitor pricing by 10% and offer a 10% military discount with calid id present at time of purchase.

Super busy store but was easy to get help from staff and find what I needed. Check out took a bit in the self serve. Parking was full and construction on Adamo was the only real issue.
