Dan does good work, but his customer service is terrible. He is rude, late, and doesn't complete projects on time. You can get equal quality work from a much more professional source.

The installers came to Baton Rouge (from NO) without the correct supplies. Specifically, they did not bring enough concrete sealant in order to level the foundation. Next, the installers asked me if they could back meaning I would have to rent a hotel room. When I said 'no', they were angry with me. Then I took them to Home Depot to get more sealant. The product was too gritty, and we could still level the floor. Next, the sales rep comes over and supports his dumb, incompetent workers. The flooring was installed on an unleveled floor. Now, when I look across the flooring I can see the white edges of the brown, vinyl laminate, i.e. the flooring is not flush. See photo for proof. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NUTS11
