Flooring

We own rental apartments and have been using C.A.C. Flooring for our apartments and personal homes for many years. They have done new installations, buff and added coats, sanding are re-coating and jobs involving extensive patching and refinishing because we removed walls. They have never disappointed us and I would really hate to have to try another company.

Fairly friendly service. Somewhat limited stock, but good location & they have a complementary parking garage.

Great helpful and knowledgeable staff with answers to all our questions.

Awesome clearance. Great everyday prices.

“We don’t have the caulk you ordered two months ago”. What? We ordered about $600 worth of tile literally two months ago. The sales person recommended the best matching grout and caulk for the job and we added that to the order. When we went to pick up the materials yesterday, the day before the installation was to begin, we were told that they didn’t have the caulk we had ordered. Really? We asked if they had another brand in a similar color that we could substitute and were told “no” and that we would need to go to Home Depot to get a replacement. Wait - the grout is “pearl” color - basically a light beige....and a tile specialty shop doesn’t have another brand of a similar color? Nope. So we went to Home Depot which, on a Sunday afternoon is quite busy. It took about forty-five minutes that we really didn’t have to get assistance and pick the “bone” colored caulk that we thought would most closely match the “pearl” grout from The Tile Shop. Not being tile experts, we didn’t realize that it’s not good to have the grout and caulk be slightly different shades. So, when our installer arrived this morning, he said that he couldn’t use the non-matching grout and caulk, and would have to go out and get new supplies. We’ve now waisted an hour of his time, and will waste yet another hour and a half of our own if we drive across town to return the items. What a pain. Why didn’t someone call us and tell us the Tile Shop was out of our caulk. Why didn’t the guy who was “helping” us yesterday recommend a different combo of grout and caulk? What an exasperating experience. Never again! The tile is nice though. There’s one positive......

Very nice and friendly people. Very good help from staff.
