Flooring

Friendly People.

Clean and helpful. Be nice if they had more attendants checking in on wondering customers otherwise good.

Dave was very thorough and professional when explaining the flooring coating process and was not pushy with his sales pitch. The crew and Steve, the area manager, was VERY professional and contacted me several times to make sure their schedule was clear and were very professional during the process. Very pleased with the final floor and would recommend is floor and company to anyone!!

Great customer service. Robert Adams was awesome.

DJ Floors has recently branched out to include painting services. They painted my townhouse siding & trim recently and did a great job. Would recommend them. They also tiled my bathroom floor & shower a few years back and did fine work then also. 2-16-18 When you find good service, you return for more. DJ Floors recently installed new hardwood floors in my home and i couldnt be happier. Beautiful product (Lauzon Maple)...and expert installation. The guys really know their stuff...very professional. Would definatley recommend them.

Awesome job! Floor looks great and holds up perfectly unlike the cheap products from the big box stores.

I love this store! It’s clean, bright and most importantly well organized. The tile is placed vertically on the wall in easy to handle pieces. The staff has put together lots of samples collages to help you visualize how the tiles look together. Shelly was fabulous. Between her and our contractor we made a decision in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

If you care about customer service, don't buy your dishwasher at this Lowe's. We purchased a dishwasher early-December. It was out of stock and we were told it would be in Dec. 20th or so. Never got a call until we followed up in January. Finally got the dishwasher installed over a month after the purchase. Something was wrong with the dishwasher drainage, we thought it was defective and had to get it replaced. The Lowe's manager (Brandon) found another model for us but never followed up with the installation. I had to call again and track someone down for the 2nd install. Now, it's the end of March for the 2nd dishwasher install. Then, we started to have the same problems with this 2nd new dishwasher. So, we naturally thought something must be wrong with our pipes. The appliance/plumber comes out to replace the discharge hose and fixed things. He also said that the discharge hose should have been replaced with the install. Whether that's true or not, one would think that during a 2nd dishwasher replacement that the installer would have had this insight and shared it with us in order to avert any secondary problems. Apparently the installers associated with this Lowe's do not have the expertise required and do not seem to have a policy in place to replace the parts associated with a dishwasher beyond the dishwasher itself. Now, it's been 5 months much of which we washed dishes by hand (not great during holidays, birthdays and with hungry kids) and we have paid almost as much for appliance repair and labor installation than the dishwasher itself.
