We had our wood floors sanded and refinished right before Thanksgiving. I specifically explained that we had three elderly dogs that were getting incontinent and that the floors would need to stand up to that abuse. He told us that what they were using was a commercial product and would absolutely handle it. The floors looked wonderful, when they were done, and we left on a two week trip the day after, so they had plenty of time to cure. However when we returned, it soon became obvious that the floor was not holding up to the urine. I called and asked if there was something we could put on the floor that would offer more protection, he said that he would ask his supplier and get right back to me. That was early in January, I have not heard from him yet.....still waiting. I would not use them again. If you don't live on your floors and they are just for looks, they did certainly look good, but they scratch very easily, and do not hold up to much use.
