Flooring

i called them right before thanksgiving wood floors by classic Hardwood Floor Company was recommended to us through several different people. I am happy to report they were as great as I had heard. We had50 year old hardwood floors that have just been completed. They look BRAND NEW! sara returned my call promptly upon me requesting an estimate. Eric was out with in 24hours to give me an estimate. The job was scheduled and completed 3 days earlier than expected. Manuel and Sergio were the workman and kept my house clean and did a beautiful work. They showed up everyday on time and worked very hard and thoroughly. I cannot say enough about how great this company is.

Horrible! I went with the intention of purchasing a deep freezer and a cooler. I went to a line to pay and was told that I needed to go to another line. This line was for customer service. So I go to another line in order to pay for deep freezer and schedule a delivery. I was told that I needed to go back to customer service line. I was so disgusted that I walked out. Didn't even argue, just walked out. There seems to be very few people to assist. The few that are there appear to be overloaded. I wish there was a way to give a half star.

Went in for an appliance piece and Frank was EXTREMELY helpful. Super friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for a great experience

Very friendly and professional and fair. We re-carpeted our whole 52 foot motoryacht which is a tough project. Not everyone can do it, but Bay Carpet did a fantastic job- a lot of care and pride in their install. We highly recommend them

THIEF!!! STAY AWAY!!! The only other review on here is FAKE. Janiela Roachfield of "Roachfield Consulting" is the owners girlfriend. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!! Nigel Thomas is nothing more than a thief, he will not live up to his contract and will steal from you if he thinks he can get away with it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I'm taking him to court for money he stole from me since he has cowardly been avoiding me for 6 months. Do not risk getting ripped off!!!!

referred this company to one of my major commercial client, they have completed a 300,000 sqft job on point. great company A+

Horrible they have been dealing with my husband stay away. They don't stand behind the product they sell. Carpet on one side of the house is falling apart. Other side is fine but they blame that its because I didn't get them pro cleaned. I used my own shampoo cleaner. They are blaming that lol If that was the case how come one side is fine and the other isnt. Plus the manager who inspected the carpet admitted it was bad carpet and admitted guilt. STAY AWAY
