Flooring

My husband and I recently remodeled a bathroom in our house. We replaced the outdated pink tile in the bathroom with granite on our counter top and tile on the floor and tub surround with ceramic tile. We bought our granite from Carpet One. We were very pleased with their professional salespeople and also with their installers. The salespeople helped us greatly with our selection and the installers installed our granite when they told us they would. Could not be happier with our choice of Carpet One. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who might be in the market for granite.

Great place for discount clothes 5 buck for pants, name brand. My wife loves it too, it's has all kinds of discounts. Walmart without the crowds.

I needed some stuff for baby pheasant, just hatched them out. Got every thing I needed!!

Nice place. No one offered help. Didn't find the selection was as good as I hoped. Cashier was friendly.

It's a place that Todd like.

GREAT ASSORTMENT OF FLOWERS AND VEGETABLES

be careful when placing pickup orders at the customer service as they tend to get the numbers of items mixed up

Staff here are always courteous and more than willing to help you find what you need. My favorite place to shop for home fix-up items.

When in the store customer service skills are good. They make you feel very welcomed and help when needed. Got a awesome deal on flooring for my living room, and couldn't wait to receive it. I would have received it on April 22nd then received a call from a employee days before pick up date saying it was back ordered until June😯. That was disappointing especially since I was so excited I had already pulled up my carpet. Then a email came saying it was going to arrive May 1st thought it was a malfunction or something since I didn't receive a call. Therefore, I decided to call them and ask was it there once May 1st arrived they then told me it looks like it'll probably make it in the next day(which is not a definite answer). I never received another call to give me a update so I called this morning to find out that it had arrived but I still never received a call although my receipt says WILL CALL. Spoke with the manager and he apologized. Then made it and they couldn't even get in the doors that the flooring was behind so we had to wait longer than expected especially since we were on a schedule. Best advice I can give if your not buying it in the store that day and taking it home with you that same day just don't worry about it. This whole situation has been frustrating.

Friendly, helpful, and lots of merchandise. A very good experience.

Good stuf for your home

Simply the best flooring company I've used over the years. Oh yeah the carpet cleaning is excellent too! Great customer service, knowledgable and polite. I'll definitely recommend.
