Flooring

Still speechless at the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. Returned a $900 Weber grill today and decided I will NEVER shop at a Lowes again strictly based on their customer service( if you could even call it that). Was hung up on three times by customer service in one day. Last person told me to go to Home Depot. I had already paid for the grill and was simply waiting for assembly. When I got to the store, the support manager, Barbara simply told me "okay" to my experience. Not a "I am sorry, let me look into this, let me see how I can fix this".... and when I asked if that was all she was going to do, she said, "ma'am, I am writing an email and I am scattered right now". I still have no words. Just know I will never shop here again and will tell any and everyone about my experience. I just purchased the exact same grill from Home Depot- will be here by Friday and assembled. Night and difference in customer service.

Everyone is always very helpful here. I usually go in with one thing in mind and end up leaving with a whole cart full. I’ve never had to wait in line to check out more than a few minutes. If they don’t have an item in the store (they usually do though) they will order it and have it shipped to your home or to the store. It’s very convenient.

Very nice

Good. Had what I needed. Expensive! All wood is nowadays.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. My tiles arrived on time and in good condition. Would use this company again..

Excellent customer service very polite, clean, friendly and beautiful countertops for my kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend

Incredible sales staff! Love my new floors

No help on my first visit to this store, second time did my research online and just walk in picked up the trimmer I wanted.

Friendly staff, always found what I needed. Love it

They treat you like family here!

I used Wolde to replace my wooden flooring. Danny suggested a product that fits my need and it worked out great. Wood flooring was in stock, but transitions took 3 weeks to arrive. I was scheduled the next day and the work was completed within 3 days (remove existing hardwood and install new hardwood flooring). Joy did a great job keeping me updated on the status.

If you're picking up in a big truck make sure you swing very wide on their driveway.
