Flooring

The customer service is topnotch!

Great customer service.

Mr. Keith was very helpful with getting us what we needed and was very knowledgeable of getting us the best carpet for the best price.

This is my experience. I have never used them for my installation needs, but this morning on 8/24/17 at approximately between 5:50 am and 6:00 am on I-59 S my husband and I was cut off, to the point of being ran off the road by one of their drivers in a van. This speaks volumes in my book, and I wouldn't won't to hire anyone company with drivers like this.

The are a family oriented company and very professional.

We started out at a competitor store with the letters H D😉 and let me say that I was so relieved when we went into the Lowe's in Trussville!! For one, they are organized and most things are easy to find!! We found EXACTLY what we set out to find. The only part that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was a man named Randy in the cabinet department. He spoke to us like we were idiots and was EXTREMELY rude. I've never been treated like that before and it caught me off guard and I will be contacting the head honchos to let them know about our experience with this certain gentleman. Other than that, it was a very productive trip!

I've had Brian's install hardwoods in several of my houses. The job has always been professionally done and completed on time.

From the 1st interaction from Lindsay to set up an appointment after I submitted an online request through installation this company deserves more than 5 Stars. Lindsay was prompt for consultation visit and spent her time unhurriedly discussing options and pricing that the company offered and would work best for myself and multiple Labradors. The contract she sent was very detailed from demolition and removal of current flooring to installation of the floor and transitions. Installation day arrived; Jennifer, Lindsay’s design assistant, and her installation crew were on time and explained the process. Gus and his helper were very professional and cleaned the area as they worked. Lindsay ‘popped’ in midday and checked on progress and then Jennifer followed up at the completion of the project. For a 365sf project with 8 doorways, I have never had such a professional experience from start to finish and this is in a house that is 60 years old.

We went to multiple places for the best price, and this place beat every single one, hands down. Awesome customer service and install crew. I would highly recommend using them for sales and installation to anybody that asks!

I just had the absolute worst experience at a Lowe's I have ever had before. With the exception of the gentleman in the paint department who has helped me before and I have always found the paint department to be the only worthwhile Department in the store. The cashiers are obnoxious. Very unfriendly and dressed like they're going down to the hood for a block party. 4 inch hoop earrings and a metallic gold shirt just does not seem appropriate. Today's experience was with pricing that did not match what was clearly marked on the display item and the description under the item. Pictures are posted of why I had an issue with the item ringing up at the regular price. It obviously should have been sold for the advertised price but I will also take that up with someone at a higher level than part-time Saturday help. Some of the most ignorant people I have ever seen in my life calling themselves floor managers. The guy Doc in lighting could do no more than stare at the shelves and make an excuse about someone not changing out something. For years I was completely devoted to shopping at Home Depot, but Lowes opened this store and it was convenient . I don't know if home depot will be any better when I go back there, but I cannot continue to shop at Lowe's. They seem to be hiring the dregs or maybe this is the wave of the future.

Good place for DIY projects or construction projects. I stood around obviously looking for something. Several employees walked right past and did not ask if I needed help. One guy I asked where an item was located actually took me over to the item.
