We were very happy with the service that we received from Jamie Griffin. Answered all our questions and made our doubts disappear. The installation guys were processional and very clean and were done in great time. I highly recommend them. We will definitely be going back.👍👍

Bad experience here unfortunately. It started out good but in the end I was convinced the tile he sold me was solid and durable tile. It has dings and chips all over from dropping things which I was assured would not happen. One tile even cracked 2 weeks after installation and it took them over a year to come repair it and was repaired with wrong colour of grout.

We had a wide plank looking laminate installed, and I am very impressed with the price, quality of the product, and the service we received. The installation was completed quickly, and the installers were very courteous and clean. Overall a great experience and we love our new flooring!

Very happy with the installation Kalil and Patrick did. My floor looks beautiful and I get compliments all the time. I had them install around my kitchen island instead of under it and they did such a great job that I didn't even need to put the baseboard on if I didn't want to. I would highly recommend these guys...Tina

He did great work in terms of the installation of flooring; however he was a bit sloppy in terms of dinging/damaging floorboards and he had an extremely poor attitude.

Great place for Flooring contractors to get supplies

I would recommend Patterson Flooring to anyone. When Greg came and gave me a quote, I explained what I was looking for and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. His installation team was great as well. They were polite, knowledgeable, arrived on time and cleaned up so you wouldn't know they were there. Great company, great service.

A-1 is simply top notch and their professionalism offers peace of mind. From beginning to end, we received excellent service, and felt at ease with the experience and knowledge that the staff provided us. From Kelsey who showed exceptional patience as we chose the type of tile, and clearly explained the process (including the restocking fee) to Steve who was personable, clean, and installed with much care and pride in his workmanship. Yes there were unknown delays with a tile that is not kept in stock, but we are in Customer service, and understand life happens when your depending on other companies to supply, and it's coming from Italy. We were informed in an apologetic timely manner, and kept informed till the tile arrived which truly was much sooner than we anticipated considering. They were more upset about it than we were! We are loving our new floor, and shower tile, and extremely pleased with the end result, and the team at A-1.
