Don’t use lowes to renovate your home. They probably could not renovate a doghouse correctly. They wrecked my floors, sent drug addicts to my HOME (which we had to kick ourselves) used two different colors of grout on my tile floors and both of the grout colors were not what I had picked out. My bathrooms are a disaster. This entire place is a joke, my windows even have gaps. If you’re looking for customer service, drive to Dothan to Home Depot. Enterprise Lowe’s *might* have an associate ready to speak to you by the time you get back.... seriously don’t waste your time or money on these people. They have offered to “fix” it but honestly I’m terrified of what that would look like. Also, they lied and told me the contractor was busy (which was their reason for not doing literally anything by the end date on the contract) and that particular contractor had QUIT HIS JOB!!!! Instead of telling me that, they sent in a different contractor who had not been involved in any of the planning and was flying by the seat of his pants. Thousands of dollars later, I have a complete mess on my hands. Just run. Don’t hire.

I picked up at the new pickup desk today for the 2nd . It was easy and went well.

Very nice family owned bussiness. Did a great job on our carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Ran into to a few bumps in the road but they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Pridgens flooring for our beautiful new floor.

So this store has epicly bad employee's for the most part. Can't get help loading heavy stuff when you spend a fortune each visit, employees standing around chatting instead of helping customers. That being said, if you have an issue, you should immediately ask for the highest manager on duty, as I feel they are sincere about their career. Would normally rate a 1 star but management is working to give you a more pleasant experience.
