First visit. Starting to look for new carpeting, and we were totally pleased with our experience. No pressure, just very, very helpful. We will be back.

Great prices and service.

Nice product but bad customer service at Centura. The first time we visited we couldn't get any assistance, but we went back because we liked the tiles and couldn't find them elsewhere. I ordered a plain tile and an accent for use in a shower; I paid over the phone and went in to pick them up. First, there was a line of customers waiting to get into the loading dock, but an employee had parked in the dock so they could go visit their friends on the order desk. There was literally a line of people waiting to pick up. The order was brought up, and the plain tile boxes looked like they had been through a war: they were beaten up, filthy, and had weird stains on them. One of the boxes was full of broken tile: luckily they figured that out before they went into my vehicle. The accent tile was unboxed because I didn't need many of them. They tried to give them to me, and they were chipped and scratched: they looked like they had been in the corner of the warehouse collecting dust for years. The employee seemed extremely put out when I wouldn't accept them. There was no way I was going to pay $26 a square foot for damaged tile. Had to go back for replacements a few days later. It just seems like a disorganized place, and I will be buying my tile elsewhere in future. Too bad, because the selection is nice and they have some cool products. Just not worth putting up with the hassle and the attitude. Sorry, but if I'm paying for it, I'm not taking damaged product. And the P.S. to this story: I had bought an extra box of tile to be on the safe side. Customer service had told me I could return them if not needed. I did return them, but found that there was a previously undisclosed 20% restocking fee. So buyer beware!

Tony and Staff was quite helpful and accomodating to our work schedule - would certainly use them again for future projects.

Very good price , clean job

Very poor service; I had to have them back 3 times to fix things at the time of installation, and one of the tiles cracked in less then a year. I have not rec'd any response to my emails regarding the cracked tile.

I CANNOT say enough about the professionalism, commitment to cleanliness, friendliness, creativity and just an overall incredibly WELL DONE job. Always on time and always show up when they say! Their product is exactly what they say! The quality is wonderful! Their showroom IS a ONE STOP SHOP!!!! The staff at the store were patient with us and help guide us as I am not great at decorating. Since completing our project we have had nothing but compliments on the choices, product and looks of what we did. Bert’s did almost our whole house, tiled two showers and bathroom floors, carpet in basement and on stairs, backsplash in kitchen, floor done throughout main floor. ALL looks great and is holding its newness still 6months of wear and tear from my home daycare! THANK YOU to everyone at Berts! I just can’t say enough!!!! Sincerely Tracey Medland
