We recently had the carpets replaced in our 40 ft. Motor coach and were thrilled with the service we received. We were a little concerned with the difficult job they had to do, but we need not have worried. The job they did was so perfectly done and we are so very happy to have dealt with this company. Service was awful and made me feel like a criminal and wasted my time with their "hassle free price match" they looked for any excuse to deny my purchase that Canadian tire clearly had no problem assisting me with, and I heard 3 people in the 45mins I wasted at the service desk rant about how they will never shop there again because of the service they refused to provide. I have had countless unhelpful and absolute disregard for my business and will be canceling my commercial account with this establishment.

We hired Golia to install hardwoods and paint the interior and doors in our house. Not only did the owner give us the run around on how much time it would take, (which only cost us more money) but after living in our new house for a short while, we quickly learned that they didn’t paint properly. Our doors are chipping, (no primer and they used an oil based paint) the corners of our walls are chipping, and parts of the walls/doors show a very thin coat of paint so you can actually see the old paint under it! We are not happy with their work at all. Buyer beware!!!!!

Excellent service. If they don't have what you are looking for, chances are they can get it in. Prices beat anywhere in town (including the box stores). The carpet installers are top knotch! I have purchased carpet (installed), tile, and harwood through Ferra Flooring. Support local businesses.

I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Payne's. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. I asked Bill Jr. to explain why my floor squeaks . He got frustrated, called me an a@#hole and said "see you in court". They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.

I have used Mooradian Rug Company numerous times over the past 20 years. They have done a fabulous job every time. They are a family run organization that treats people just like family. I would highly recommend using them for all your flooring and rug needs.

Fantastic service amazing products

They do not put a great deal of effort into fulfilling online orders. They act like they are doing you a favor and often do not ha eyhe orders together even after you get a text or an email saying your order is ready. The attitude is tough take.

First off ,,, the lady who was helping me was very nice. But. I wanted a gallon of orange rust paint,,,, Not in stock.... fine . So ,,, yes order it in,,, I will come back... . Oh,, minimum of 2 gallons to order in. (Who needs 2 gallons of orange paint ) ??? . Oh. Solution! Order two smaller cans,,, Slightly more money,,, but,,, whatever . When will be in,,,,, Oh,,,, should be in in a day and a half.. we will call . 3 days later........ no call . I have gone elsewhere..... great ordering policy and follow through,,,, Your brick and mortar is quickly becoming obsolete,,, and while I agree it’s not all your fault,,,, you certainly aren’t helping the matter..
