Flooring

Great staff, very friendly and usually there before I am ready to ask my question. Have bought 4 new appliances and a new fence (gorgeous vinyl thing, if you have a beat up old chain link fence, you gotta check these out). Kitchen is up next. We have been very satisfied with all work and purchases thus far and downright giddy about the fence. They lose a point for the higher price points but you get what you pay for (that negative point should be applied to head office, not the local folks fault)..

Perfect job! The installers went out of their way to put up a tent and continue working in heavy snow to finish the job in one day. Great job and great staff who really care 👍

Shopping for hardwood for spring Reno, zero customer service. Was not acknowledged by sales rep. Looked around the main floor of the store. Went downstairs to try to find hardwood samples, got overwhelmed and left.

I really enjoy this store, very helpful and friendly staff. They have a great selection of fabric and yarn.

Great staff and service...

Great friendly place to buy building supplies.

Great selection and good people

Not only was Don and his crew very informative about cost, materials and schedule. They were able to help us choose the flooring colours and designs that best met our needs and function. We were very pleased with the results. They exceeded expectations with detail work but also going the extra mile and not charging us above the estimate. They truly wanted us to be happy with the result and detail work without going beyond the scope of work we had requested. Flooring isn't a yearly thing for us but I will be using them for any and all future flooring and renovation needs.

We have been waiting for 2 years for them to come and fix the defective flooring that was installed by them and still waiting. Laure came once a year ago had a look, told me how PROUD he is, said they would come and fix the floor but still waiting. There is another flooring place in Three Hills and if I could have a do over I would never go to Floor Den unless, nope not for any reason. Well it`s been another year so that`s 3 now still haven't fixed the floor. There is a new post saying the floor den puts customers first , Really on what planet Do yourself a favor and explore other flooring options and if you choose Floor Den Good Luck

Nice staff

They let us use the bathroom and were very nice
