Awesome place to chill out and kill time

Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and overall great experience! Shoutout to Clark for being so helpful!

Great store ,the people are knowledgeable and friendly, they don't mind price matching, seldom have to though !!!!

Always great at Windsor!

We purchased our flooring through a store and these were the contractors that they sent to install. The guy who did the self levelling mixed it too thick and didn’t even come close to doing it properly. We told the guys that we’re doing the installation that it wasn’t done right. They installed it anyway. The dips and creaky uneven spots, of which there were lots, were an absolute joke. 6 months later, after complaining loudly, we finally had it reinstalled by a real professional. Do not let the people at Advance Flooring into your home. They have no idea what they are doing.

Very refreshing to have staff that actually know what they're talking about at a hardware store.

Gave us a good deal , and a ton of tiles and flooring to choose from. One person there isn't too helpful, but the rest are great!

Very limited selection on most everything.

Having experienced total satisfaction with my shower reno done by the team at DownRight Floors, it just seemed natural to proceed with this wonderful team to reno my flooring. Three rooms and a set of 13 stairs had the carpeting removed and Black Walnut laminate flooring installed. OMG!!!! Spectacular results....same high quality products and workmanship as per the shower reno. The attention to detail is astonishing.....nothing overlooked...not even the most miniscule piece of finishing or laminate was overlooked. The curving staircase in laminate is truly a work of art . I highly recommend this company. Did I mention honesty, integrity and reasonable prices???

Our entire mainfloor is hardwood. During our kitchen reno Erik filled in pieces of the floor where we changed the kitchen layout. After the Reno was completed he refinished the kitchen and living room hardwood flooring and was able to match the hardwood flooring in the bedrooms, which were still in really good shape. We asked him to come back a year later to replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood. I was worried about slipping on the stairs with hardwood, but really wanted the look of hardwood. Erik put a finish on the stairs to make them less slippery and I'm so glad that we went with hardwood on the stairs. The stairs look fantastic with the rest of the hardwood in our house and in the past 9 months not one person has slipped on the stairs. Thanks Erik - we love our flooring.

Had a great experience at End of the Roll! The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some new flooring.

Hardev was very helpful and knowledgeable helping with choices of flooring for our kitchen. Although he was busy he took the time to answer our questions. Will be returning there to purchase flooring and highly recommend this store.

The best flooring store around sales service and installations first rate
