I went there on a weekday mid-morning (not typically a busy time). There were 4-5 staff members and including myself 3 customers (1 of them who came in a minute after me). I was there for 10 minutes wondering around trying to get some help and no one even said a word to me the entire time. No hello or can I help you. Yet the person who came in after me was served. I understand if they're busy but at least have the courtesy to say hi and that someone will be with me once they finish up. Or at least put the pricing on your samples otherwise it's completely useless to browse on your own. I went to three other flooring stores in Guelph and got much better treatment - rather give them my business even though this place has good reviews and did seem to have some nice things.

I bought my flooring at sarmazian Brothers after checking three other places in town. Paul was a patient and informative salesman. The two installers Steve and Nick went above and beyond accommodating my over-the-top picky and interfering suggestions. These two were competent clean meticulous installers. Amazing craftsmanship. Would never hesitate to recommend sarmazian!

The installer (Southwest Flooring) was very professional and kind! He was very focused on his work and explained any helpful details. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job and I am very satisfied after the complete work has been done (in time). I would recommend this company to the others without any hesitation.
