They were very courteous and helpful when getting our floor.

If I could I would give them 0 stars as that was the level of service was that provided by this "business" I use this term loosely as business is a customer orientated entitie. Absolutely disgusted by how my older grandmother was treated by these people. They took her deposit via a credit card and then proceeded twice to not be able to find her account and rudely call and implied that it was some how our fault after we had been in to the store twice. Poor customer service...while we were standing and waiting for they're poor service we over heard another account while was in similar disarray, payment was lost and the gentlemen were waiting for a long period of time to even be able to take the product for installation.

Highly recommend, we have used these guys in Abbotsford for our own and business renovations, excellent quality and price. Super helpful friendly staff. They have a wide variety of products including tile, laminate and hardwood- business to business experience has been 100%, thanks, AngloCan Handyman & Renovation Services Ltd.

We have now used Olson Floors on two occasions for updating our home and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Maria and GG were both friendly and knowledgable while excelling in helping us to choose the right product for our home.

These guys are rocking the place. Always friendly and helpful!

Fair prices, good feedback and correspondence with Scott was easy. Alex that did the installation was very neat and did great work, quick as well. I happily recommend them.

Wayco flooring installed ceramic tiles in my entire home and in 2015 the tile grout began to crack around all 4 sides and the tiles then began to lift off the sub floors leaving the entire adhesive attached to the back of the tiles and the wood sub floors clean and smooth and free of adhesive! I contacted another flooring company in Mission who made the diagnosis that Wayco Flooring in Mission used the wrong type of adhesive to lay all my tiled floors! I was assured by the other flooring company representative who had nearly 20 years of experience that he was 100% sure that the wrong type of adhesive was used by Wayco flooring! The owner of Wayco (Mr. Wayne Wright) has yet to contact me by telephone to discuss the matter, despite several attempts made by me to contact him! I was told by the other flooring company who inspected my lifting ceramic tiles, that if the right adhesive was used, it would take a Jackhammer to remove properly attached tiles from a wood subfloor! When I initially spoke to Mr. Wright's sister in-law Helen, there was the instant denial of even doing the floors in my home to which I mentioned that I did in fact have the payment cheque made out to Wayco Flooring. Helen then passed the call on to her husband (Rick Wright) who just said that they would see me in court and promptly hung up on me! Being new to computers I recently successfully went on to Wayco's web site and again silence! I did however receive a threat of a counter-suit by Wayco's lawyer, that if if I contacted other unfortunate victims of Wayco's flooring mistakes, in light of the fact that Wayco Flooring did many of the homes in The River Bend Estates subdivision In Mission BC, that Wayco would seek monetary damages! That I should have to pay them for their mistake sounds ridiculous! I have already seen a lawyer and have been told that I have two years in which to proceed in court to receive justice! The estimate to re do all the ceramic floors in my home, is in excess of $16,000.00 dollars to rectify the situation! In other words, I have suffered devaluation of my home! I have also notified the chief building inspector of Mission City Hall. Wayco's business license should be revoked for not fixing my floors! If there are other unfortunate victims of Wayco, I would love to hear from you! May be a class action law suit is in order for Wayco Flooring to wake up and smell the coffee! I am in earnest and will not let this go Mr. Wright!

Pacific Flooring has taken good care of us over the years that we've been dealing with them. The flooring they recommended is fantastic and was so easy to install.
