Flooring

They did a very poor job installing carpet in my home. No pride in workmanship at all.

They have some of the prettiest knockout Rose's . So, naturally I just had to buy 9 of them. I would suggest that you get there before they are all gone!

I ordered a washing machine online, but the order did not process correctly. So I had my son call and they were able to process it over the telephone. They charged me for a delivery fee but delivery should have been free. The rep on the line just told me to go by Lowe’s and the delivery fee will be waiting in the safe. I went to customer service and they were not helpful at all and customer service was poor. They did not even try to help me. I stood there for 15 minutes trying to get the rep back on the line to get more specific instructions. I got agitated and asked for a manager or supvervisor. So a guy walked up, I told him the issue, and he got my money for me. My thing is the 2 people at customer service did not even try to help me, and if you don’t want to help a customer you definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I have been a customer for 40+ years. Professional services and have a wide range of products with some of the best top quality paint

In this day and age it is very rare to be completely satisfied, but Carver did a fantastic job!

Had fun and they had everything I needed
