Flooring

I always shop here,. Sometimes it's hard to find the correct staff,. But I blame that on the time that I come which is for opening. You can also soeical order plants so if they don't have it in stock.

This is a great company and I am very pleased with the work completed. The project coordinator Steve was great and helped me put the whole thing together and made it quick and easy to get the job done.

We want to thank Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply for our new basement floor. We are very happy with our hardwood floor and getting compliments from everyone who visits our home. Would love to work with you in future.

These guys are great!!! They are so helpful, and go out of their way to satisfy, making sure you get the nest desl possible. Thanks, Jamie, Justine, live my floor.

THT Vinyl Concepts does amazing work! The vinyl installed looks like travertine tile. This isn't your average vinyl!

My family just purchased a house and we wanted to install hardwood floors throughout. One of my coworkers recommended AAA Hardwood, as she was quite happy with her experience with them, so we decided to check out their showroom in Scottsdale. There were an abundance of options in the showroom, and the staff was very helpful in helping us narrow down the choices. We choose Truffles Cocoa Hickory, as well as a new baseboard. The staff worked with us to schedule the project within our stated timeframe. They set a 2-week window to complete the project, but ended up finishing everything in about 1 week. They even came out to do some installation on a Saturday in order to finish early, which we really appreciated. The team that installed the flooring was professional, courteous, and asked several clarifying questions throughout the installation to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend AAA Hardwood – you will absolutely get a beautiful floor and a stress-free experience!

My experience with express flooring was easy professional and friendly! My house looks amazing now. I would recommend Express flooring to all my fiends and family who need carpeting or flooring.

Working with Infinity Flooring was easy and painless! My wife loves the work and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I am an interior decorator...Victoria...my companies name is "Visions of Variation With Victoria." Consequently, I really do my home work when I am purchasing anything...with price point, quality of product, and the quality of their installation team doing the project. I purchased the new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the distressed gray/brown tones. I LOVE IT!! Equally as much as I love the floor, I love working with Linda Miller-sales rep and the installation team Jesus/Fernando. The new floor and new baseboards look beautiful thanks to the professional installation work of Jesus/Fernando. I also have worked with Linda Miller-sales rep with window treatments, carpet, custom area rugs, other flooring surfaces, draperies, etc. Again great price points, great quality product, and great installation teams. I personally can't say enough positive things about doing business with this company Toilers Carpet One-carpet, tile, wood, vinyl, drapes, and blinds.

Did not end up actually being a customer here but they were so helpful and generous in providing advice and referrals for what I needed.

Very pleased with our granite counter tops and back splash in our kitchen. We installed a new shower, floor and granite vanity counter tops in our master bath. All of it turned out beautiful. Bill guided us in choosing our materials so they all coordinated. Everyone we dealt with from Tintas was professional and pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner.

Went to this store because the item we we're looking for wasn't available at our usual store. We couldn't locate it here at first and an associate named Randy immediately helped us by finding it on the store's computer and retrieving it for us. Every associate we encountered was friendly and made sure we were finding everything we needed. Check out lines were short and well staffed. Nice store, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Our "usual" store could take a lesson from this one.

Excellent customer service, 2 individuals stand out Miguel and Arturo.... EXCELLENT!!!

I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. The level of service, just over the phone, was so impressive that I would definitley look into this company for any future flooring needs we have.

I have used Sean’s services twice and was reasonably pleased the first time. The second time has been AWFUL! He layed the boards over uneven areas saying it would be ok. He should have refused until the contractor redid the areas. I now have several quite severe “bumps” and uneven areas as it’s a floating floor. That’s number one. Number two is he accidentally broke a mirrored closet door which is no big deal. Because of my budget I couldn’t buy new doors yet meaning he wasn’t able to finish a lot of trimming. He said he would reduce the bill by $500 which was very generous. Fast forward to installing the new doors. I install the new doors and call him to finish the job. We schedule but he says I wasn’t there. I live in a gated community and I get notice of those who come in and he never did. I call back and ask where he was and he insisted he was there. We reschedule and he doefinitely doesn’t show up this time. I call and laughingly say, “ so now we’re even so let’s get this done PLUS the doors didn’t cost that much so I owe you $125. He NEVER responds, doesn’t answer calls and basically is leaving the job unfinished. My vendor, ProSource - where I got his name - said I had “offended” him?!! None of us understand that and business is business and someone who doesn’t complete a job is not professional. He is quite the prima Donna and did NOT do a good job. I’m selling my home and had to hire another man to pull boards out, fill in and do it properly besides finishing the closet door areas and the Master sliders he never finished. I would never recommend such an easily offended, unprofessional prima Donna.

There's nothing here.

I hired this company April 16th 2016 I was advised he would lay the tile one day and grout the next . That the project would take no more than three days. It has been 7. I have sent numerous text messages and have place phone all. No communication. As it stand the job has yet to be completed. Furthermore. I paid an extra $150 above the quoted contract amount in order to accommodate for the uneven subfloor. Then I was told I need to buy additional mortar. I asked him to provide a receipt of supplies he purchase and he simply provided a screen shot of an online shopping cart from Homedepo with items in it. Not a receipt of purchase. He was not once on time and routinely stated he would be at my home only never to show up. Being in the construction field myself I understand the nature of the business. However, to leave a customer without communication is uncalled for. For a breach of contract the customer should be refunded a portion of the fees paid (1/2 because only half was completed $325) due to the need to complete the project elsewhere. This floor was being installed to allow a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair safe passage into the lower level of his home. At this point the room has been left ½ done and the veteran’s family is out $650. Contractor vacated job. Leaving the lower level in an unlivable state. No communication. A report is filed with the BB. A disability attorney may be contacted due to the nature of this company taking advantage of the disabled and any all applicable action will be taken, should the company not issue a refund for monies paid on a contract/job NOT done.

Great store. Rarely very busy. Clean.
