Flooring

Amazing store, great customer service. Best prices in town!

Floor FX has redid our curved stair case with carpet- we put it off way longer then we wanted to because we thought it would be expensive- turned out much less then expected and they did a pro job even cleaned up the mess so it was all tidy when done! Thank you!

Absolutely devistated. If you want hack work that's "quality checked" met with complete egotistical ignorance, this is the place to go to.

Great selection and service

Great experience here , Vlad is a great guy to deal with , go see him .

This company was sold without warning to customers. We had ordered tile three weeks ago and picked it up, then last week called to reorder more of the same tile and it turns out the company had been sold to new owners. I was handed off to 4 different people over the phone, then told finally after several phone calls to verify with various people that my tile would be ordered. A week later, they called to tell me that my tile could no longer be ordered because of the change of ownership. Horrible!!

Builders Floor Centre was amazing to deal with. Salesman Lance patiently helped us choose flooring for our kitchen while offering knowledge and expertise along the way. He sent us home with several samples and personally came out to measure the space. Installer Anthony and his team were professional and respectful of our time, our project, and our home, and did an exceptional job of laying the tile. They even came back after a couple of weeks for a small repair job (we chipped a couple of tiles), and were just as respectful then. I would recommend BFC to anyone looking at having new flooring put in their home.

Great Service

Best contractor pricing in the city. South location far better customer service.

I went to Touchtone for my New Construction Flooring needs and was helped by Ankit. He was professional, knowledgeable and assisted me with Carpet, Vinyl, Tiles and Harwood purchases. The experience was amazing starting from selection process until through the installation. Dealing with Installation crew was pleasant and they finished Job on time. Thank you Touchtone , Ankit and installation team for an amazing, quick, and professional service.

Barry Mackenzie was very helpful and knowledgable. Our carpet & vinyl planking were installed in a couple of days and the installer did a wonderful job, along with giving an extra hand to put our appliances back in the kitchen. Thank you for a job well done - we're so happy with the resullts.

Get a puppy they said It’ll be fun they said We’ll help look after him they said It’ll be no problem they said Well what they didn’t say was that a puppy would chew everything and anything carpets included Thank God Litt, my puppy is very cute, that’s his saving grace I would like to take a moment to thank Blair and his crew for installing new carpets in my home. From the very beginning Blair made the entire process seamless. He visited my home and measured the areas that needed the carpets to be changed then invited me to the showroom where he showed me all the different options that I could choose from that was within my budget. Blair took the time to explain and educate me about carpet quality, warranty and how the carpet was going to be installed. He answered every question I had, thus helping me in the selecting the perfect carpet that suited my needs.  I would highly recommend Blair Rayfield and Icon Flooring services to all my friends, family and anyone who needs their floors changed. From the initial phone call and getting an estimation of the cost to the installation of Blair Rayfield and Icon Flooring provided and demonstrated excellent and professional services. This is a quote from his blog on the Icon Flooring website “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price.”
