Flooring

They always seem to have what I'm looking for.

Home town friendly service I walked in the owner knew what I wanted and went and got it for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Pro Source has gone above to make sure they I am happy with the granite installation for my fireplace. Very good customer service.

WORST JOB EVER! Terrible communicators. Initially had troubles getting the correct wood. Owner insisted the floors were red oak, they are maple. This pushed the start date of our job back considerably. When they finally started the job it ended up taking over twice as long as quoted and looked TERRIBLE. Everywhere there is black sealed next to their uber light filler. They sanded down the vinyl in bathroom. Look for yourself. When I complained and said I wasn't happy I was told, via text, and I quote, "the white looking filler was present". It matches the filler they used throughout - and covers nails we know they added. It wasn't present before. And as professionals, if it was here, it should have come up in part with the sanding and been something they either fixed or talked to us about. "The black finish and old filler may be what you are seeing in other areas", I was told was also present. THEN WHAT THEY DO? We hired them to add wood in a hallway and refinish the entire house. The owner never did address the fact I can get my fingernails down into the holes they left between planks. While they did a fine job installing the new floor they put down, the rest is unprofessional and looks terrible. Photos are from the current state of my newly refinished floors, NOT before.

Hi, This is Jane & Virgil Mowbray. First of all we would like to Thank Cunningham's for a wonderful new shower and a job well done. I call it MY SPA and Virgil says his shower. Our entire bathroom is so beautiful now thanks to everyone that was a part of the PROJECT. Brandon Hunter found a leak (thank you) that we didn't even know we had. That leak added more construction which ended up being a blessing. The shower ceiling was raised (which I wanted in the first place) and Virgil likes it also. We have a light in the shower which we did not have before. The tile job that Brandon Hunter did was a work of art. He really has the eye for tile design. Oh yes the rock tile flooring design just sets the shower floor off. Even though no one can see the WATER PROOFING it is nice to know we will never have that worry again. Thank you Mark and Jeremy for everything. Your service is above and beyond and we appreciate a job well done.

I work here.

I was disappointed in the way I was treated. The flooring they installed came unglued in 6 months and they refused to go back and repair the floor. I will not be doing business with them again.

We were treated very well. Very professional service. Our floors are beautiful. I highly recommend Alliance Flooring Services.

Well I was ready to give up and move! My ugly floor had me depressed and sad. I didn't know how 1700 sq ft of ceramic tile could be torn out. Finally I decided it HAD TO GO! I saw Floor Time on FB and sent a message. Martin graciously came by with samples of laminate and throughly explained the process of demo till completion. His price was reasonable and before you know it ... I'm scheduled in. Sure it was a chore to move out all your things and I relocated for 10 days, but it was so worth it!!! I love my flooring and my home. And Martin is a man of integrity and talent and experience. Impeccable workmanship and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Floor Time. In fact, i hope to update my baths soon and they will be doing that job, too!!!! One of the best experiences I've had in the home improvement industry in the last 4 decades...... call them NOW!!!!!

Love Home Depot... Has everything I've ever wanted or needed, although some of the wood quality isn't the best. But that's about the only derogatory thing I can say about Home Depot love the store
