Flooring

Greg and his crew were extremely helpful and highly skilled. They were patient while we took forever to decide, letting us take home many samples. They allowed us to do some of the prep work ourselves, before the engineered wood floor was installed, On the day of installation, they worked hard and carefully; they even stayed an hour or so late (with our permission, of course) to finish the job, so it only took one day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up all the mess and even mopped the new floor for us, and they helped us get the range and refrigerator back in place. We highly recommend Abbey Carpet of Livermore floor the beautiful product, excellent installation, and kind people.

Just had The Floor Store install hardwood flooring in our condominium at Watergate in Emeryville. Our contact at The Floor Store was David Shapiro and he was outstanding. He walked us thru the hardwood selection process and solved a difficult Watergate-specified underlayment issue. Albini Flooring did the installation and they were also outstanding. They met their schedule which involved removal of carpeting, linoleum and old parquet, floor prep, installation of the underlayment and hardwood, application of a sealer followed by the application of 3 coats of oil-based clear finish (no need for stain - the clear finish alone produced a deep rich golden clear finish). One long time resident of Watergate who handles maintenance issues there already commented that he has never seen a better hardwood floor installation at Watergate. I have no connection to The Floor Store nor was I compensated in any way for this positive review.

Great place to get stuff at has limited variety of some stuff but is a true small town hardware store. Even if you don't need anything is fun to browse

Quality product, excellent work! They did an amazing job and I love my new garage floor.

I have done business with Wilsonart for almost 20 years and have found them to be very reliable. They are managed very well here in the Phoenix market. If we have ever had a problem they stand behind their product and do what it takes to make sure things are resolved and handled in a professional manner. Recently we had a problem with some sample colors being slightly different than the actual countertop material received. They promptly gave us new material even though they could have made a case it wasn't their fault.

Rob Edwards and his expert crew were upfront and helpful with their description of what they could do for our marble tile. The marble was in bad shape with stains, chair leg scrapes, and even scratches in the marble. When they were finished our floors looked like new and their work exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with this company and their product. You will wish you had called them sooner!

Nathen and his crew did my entire house with tile, it was an absolutely wonderful job, he even did tile on my showers, lots of compliments on the work. Thanks Nathen and your crew .
