Seems I am always wanting to remodel something, this time it was changing the tile on a hearth. I love Arizona Tile as they have so many large pieces of tile on display, actual sections of tiled floor throughout the store, with all the current colors/sizes/materials. I always take samples home before making a decision. April, Allen, and all their staff are super helpful. My order of Friday was in on Tuesday.

Barrett Floors was recommended to us by our General Contractor (HR Quality Homes) for our master bathroom remodel. We are extremely happy with our overall experience starting with Michael Barrett helping us select tile (both in the showroom and in our home) and finishing up with Greg (aka Gogo) the installation expert. Everyone at Barrett Flooring was thorough, timely, responsive, neat, and friendly. It was very refreshing to see the coordination between Barrett Floors and our GC during the entire project. My general contractor S3 Contracting Inc. hired Riva’s Floor Decor to install Reva’s carpet and laminate wood for my Mattress store. The product wasn’t good quality at all, as Riva said it was. Whenever I dropped something just a little bit heavy it would give the laminated floor dents easily. Riva hired someone to install Floor for us, they did a ‘Mickey Mouse” Job. the transitions between carpet and the wood floor was ugly and unprofessional look, you can see the gap between them. After a month, the laminated floor part was separated and shifted apart, left a gap up to 3/8” everywhere on the wood floor. Most wood strips edges that hold all pieces in place all came off. (They suppose to anchor those edges to concrete floor instead of glue them on the wood surface) Also the rubber base board Riva installed around the foot of the walls came off. Totally disappointed and unprofessional job they did. I called her many times so she can send someone to fix it, but she refused to fix it, she tried to blame on somethings that had nothing to do with it. After I talked the real professional installers, they all agreed that I need to redo all the wood strips that hold the all the pieces in place so they move away. I strongly advise you guys think twice before you buy anything from Riva or have her install your floor. She may sound very sweet and nice but my experience was a nightmare. I should have Home Depot install it for me and be done with it.

What an unexpected experience! Taking out 1800 sq ft of existing tile and carpeting, transitioning from new floors to existing tile in bathrooms and laundry areas, moving furniture, including a piano, being extremely picky and being married to an engineer. THAT shoild have been a recipe for disaster! Instead, this was the BEST experience we’ve had in doing over five major remodeling projects in the past. Sylvan was always here when expected, was as inobtrussive as possible, took care of moving and replacing furniture, kept to an agreed upon schedule, and allowed my husband to ‘feel’ as if he were an integral part of the project. End result? Spectacular! We’ve even decided to put hardwood floors into the master and guest bedrooms...700 more feet of hardwood and 4 more days of work in less than 2 weeks after completing our original project. That's a testimony in itself! If you’re contemplating putting in wood floors (we thought about it for 12 years), call Sylvan and put the project into his hands!

I was impressed beyond my expectations. The flooring I chose was beautiful and exactly what I expected BUT the installation was really superb. I had difficult corners with the baseboards and was concerned that the quarter round would not make the curved corners, but Tom the installer made excellent cuts and the baseboards were absolutely perfect when he finished. This is a first rate company from start to finish and I could not be more pleased with the final results. I really got excellent results and this company goes above and beyond. Love it!.

The Peoria, AZ Lowes is the best home improvement store I've ever used. Before moving to Peoria I did business with a Lowes in Indianapolis, IN. While the Indy super was fine the Peoria store blows Indy away. I isn't about the inventory. That is comparable. It is about the people working there. The Peoria employees go out of there way to be friendly and helpful offering good advice with a smile. Keep up the good work.

Needing more help with online orders... takes longer to pick up than to shop the store. Would recommend more organization, but probably a corporate issue not the employees themselves.

I just me Jauni today and I was impressed with what an honest nice person she was! I will definitely be using Mohave Home Flooring for all my flooring needs. I am referring all my friends and family there as well!!

Working with Gerry is a pleasure. He knows all the products inside and out and can quickly give you a description of each option available, and describe the pros/cons to allow the customer to make an educated choice. Sometimes there are too many choices and Gerry helps narrow the field so you can find the best product for the best price. Then, he can measure and install--quickly! I looked online first and then found Gerry. Believe me, don't waste your time online. Gerry can listen to your needs and direct you straight to some options, and get your selection installed professionally-- and at a better price than the online price.
