Flooring

Got our wood style tile here and not only was the product superior but the staff was very knowledgeable and caring. Customer service second to none.

I just had vinyl plank flooring installed and the flooring looks beautiful. Great job on the floor. I paid a lot to have them install the baseboards. The quality of work on baseboards is not professional. a few of the baseboards had to be butted against each other and you can totally see the seam( I know you have to make certain cuts to put them together and not see a seam. they used nails that were TOO large. you can totally see every nail. They did return to try and fix the boards they butted against each other, but to no avail. they put caulking on the nail holes and said when i paint the nail holes and seams it should cover them up.Covered up a lot of them but not all and can still see the seams they said they would take them out and redo, however, who was going to repair dry wall when taken out if damaged so i said forget it. It should have been done right the first time.. I am not real happy with baseboards. My son in law put baseboards in my kitchen and bathrooms. You can not see 1 nail hole and he is not a contractor. I do want to add that Brian was the salesman and is really a great person to work with.

I highly recommend this company. We have used them 3 times in 20 years. I was amazed at my sales rep Vanessa, highly recommend her as well! From the moment we spoke, through to completion, she was professional, on point with her measurements, and awesome in communication! She as well beat out 3 other bids in pricing! Lady knows her stuff! I will go nowhere else! We LOVE our carpet, and the installation team Leo, and Beto, again outstanding team! Thank you Puckett’s, Vanessa, and Shawn!

We have a very small kitchen/family room area. We weren't sure how to make the most out of a small space. Sheila came in and helped design the most efficient kitchen layout and we were thrilled with the concepts she came up with. She listened to our needs as we are foodies who like to play in the kitchen. We weren't sure about flooring but she suggested a wood floor to compliment the cabinets and counter tops. It blended perfectly with are decor and style. She monitored the whole process and made sure it was done right. If you aren't that savvy with choosing colors...she is awesome!! We will definitely use her services again and highly recommend her!! Thank-you Sheila for a job well done...you're great!!

Store personnel were very helpful in helping us get the right parts. Great customer service.

Lowe's is nice and clean however most times when I go in there a lot of the employees are not well-trained on their product but at least they are well-mannered

Excellent.

Great experience! I went with a couple friends last night and arrived 20 minutes prior to closing. We were lucky to ask Joel for assistance. He was very informative, patient and has a great attitude! We ended up keeping the store open 15 minutes after closing but we did spend over $700. Good job Joel! Any company will be blessed to have you as an employee!
