Flooring

Western Sky did a great job on our hardwood floors. They were on time and worked hard to be the job done so we could get our home back together. We would definitely use them again and recommend them often!

Charlie came highly recommended to us from a friend. We were told his attention to detail was to the highest standard. We have had many contractors work with us in the past, and I’ve always been dissatisfied with their work. They say anything just to get your contract. Charlie at Delta Plus was Stellar!!!!! He did everything he said he would do and more. He completed our home , putting in Bamboo flooring. I’m very picky and there was not one thing I was dissatisfied with. Everything went so smoothly and our home looks so Wonderful !!! We definitely pushed the easy button. Highly Recommend Charlie for making a house into a home. Your home.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable owners and great coffee!!!

Not only were they difficult to schedule, but when they finally did make it out they left my heaters and lights on, didn't complete the job and ate stuff from my fridge! I have pictures to prove it! Unbelievably bad service. The manager basically told me that I was exaggerating and insinuated that I was at fault for not reminding him that I had ordered vinyl flooring as well as carpet and that is why it never got installed. The owner was more concerned with me paying the remainder of my bill then his business. Following my experience, I researched their reviews (also B&L flooring) on BBB. There were a lot of similar complaints to mine listed there. I sure wish I would have checked that first!

Great honest service with our carpet purchase. Very pleased with the entire process: Speedy delivery and expert carpet installation! This renovation has made our home look like new again. Thanks to everyone at "Totally Floored" and "Parrish Floors"!

Is was a delightful experience going over flooring samples for my remodeling project!

Matt & staff are pro's

So friendly and informative. Kim answered all my questions. They provide services of which I was not aware and I'm delighted I called and look forward to future business together

Tim did the installation of our vinyl plank flooring that looks like wood and years later it has held up to two large active dogs and our kids. We have seen more of his work and everyone we have spoken to have been very happy with his work. We are planning on having him do the tile and other flooring at our new home in Phoenix. Please consider KT Interiors for your design and flooring needs. You will not regret the choice.

Empire Today is the company we always choose for flooring, especially. They have it down to a science. They are prompt, efficient and quick. Many choices to choose from. Pleased with the beautiful flooring we have!

Very patient people and know how to help you.

the area between the vinyl flooring and the laminate always looks dirty because the floor installer cut the vinyl too short and it does not go under the laminate strip. He was sent back numerous times and finally we thought we should quit before he totally screwed it up. The flooring in the bathroom (first 2 pics) was a huge mistake he made and it went unnoticed. These two rooms were totally new additions and I will always feel bad about the way the flooring was laid. Mingus Tile might sell good product, but I believe they use the cheapest installers they can find. The owners of the business when they were on Hwy 69 were snotty and very defensive. The male owner wasn't too bad, but his wife had NO business dealing with customers. She was unfriendly and rude!
