The paint department was impressively knowledgeable and helpful with some complicated color matching issues (such as converting between different manufacturers and color systems).

Spent over 2hours for a salesperson to enter an order for 1 tub.
Finally made it to customer service to pay for the tub and after another 25 minutes left without the purchase. Obviously the salesperson did not know how to accurately write up an order.
It became very clear why he tried to persuade us to order it on line.

I pass this Lowe's at least once a month and everyone's friendly and helpful. I stopped most recently because I like their selection and prices on laundry products i.e. Oxyclean Pre-spotter Spray, Shout 60 oz. Refill, original Tide #1 in Consumer Reports.

Sales rep was great to deal with. Delivery was on time as promised. Prep and installation instructions were easily understandable, and finally the finished product looks awesome. Installed about 1000 sq. ft. in the first floor of my house. Thanks Cali for a great new floor

Smaller store with no ability to accept payment apps. Low on options and frequently used supplies. Great staff and service. It seems they are just limited by their square footage.

This is the smallest Home Depot in Arizona I believe. So this is a place to get something quick. But one of the problems on this store is that 60% to 70% of the time, there is no one around to help. Today I happened to visit and I did found someone that cut some wood, that was a plus, but when I went to the screw section there was no one around to help.
