My husband and I had a great experience with Carpet Mills! Mo is awesome to talk to, and has wonderful customer service skills. He went above and beyond to find the perfect carpet for my house, and even came out to my house at 7PM on a weeknight, the first day I came in there asking about carpet, with samples so we could decide which color we liked best. We also already had a quote from another place, and Mo worked with us on price to get us a better deal with better carpet and better padding. He came out there every day his guys were working, and his guys worked until 10PM each night they were installing the carpet to get it done. The week we got the carpet in it was raining, but as soon as the carpet arrived Mo made sure his guys got out there the first day we had any sunshine so they could get started on the install. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Mills to anyone!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Chris Clevidence!! My husband and I purchased our hardwood floors through him for our house remodel. From day one and throughout this process, he has been genuinely a nice, honest, helpful, positive guy!! It's been such a positive experience for me, living in the house during a big remodel has been challenging but Chris has made the process as easy as possible. He let us take home samples, always calls when he says he will, quick to get you answers, really cares that the customer has the best experience with Arnold's Flooring America, he scheduled us with the most experienced installation crew, the nicest guys who are very good, trustworthy and have been in the business for over 40 years, Rick and his crew!! Chris has also called everyday checking in during the installation to make sure everything is going ok and that we are happy. Because our experience with Chris has continued to be the best throughout this process, I decided to purchase our backsplash for the kitchen through Arnold's Flooring America on Cantrell as well. Chris put me in the hands of Andrea Eskola in Kitchen & Bath Design. She's helped me throughout the backsplash process, that is still ongoing and she has been helpful, sweet and a good design hand with experience! Very pleased with Chris, Andrea, Rick and the other guys installing our hardwood floors! We will continue to use them in the future for other needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone asking! Go to Arnold's Flooring America on Cantrell for a easy and great experience and products! ~Pamella

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and knowledge of products. Also very helpful in finding what your looking for at other locations if they do not have what you need. They go above and beyond in customer service and every other area that makes a business a great business.

I ended up with a decent bathroom after much confusion, re-re-installation and a high incidence of miscommunication. The office staff, Brenda, was very accommodating. Bucky Ballard however has an inability to follow through and shows a complete disinterest in customer satisfaction after a sale is made. I was literally told it wasn't his duty to "babysit a job" and make sure installation and cleanup occurred properly. Very interesting considering he is the one I did business with. Also will charge to remove scratches on marble they installed, even if you didn't cause them ($200 on top of a $4200 job). Owner doesnt seem to care, so your concerns will fall on deaf ears. Summation: headache. Will not get my business again.

Fast, friendly service! Your go-to for flooring materials if you ask me...

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! Will never return to this business.

They are helpful and patient and have better quality products from full body porcelains to realistic rustic vinyl. William Feingold is very easy to work with and quite helpful. Also, they respect the military and offer a military discount which I always appreciate. We have never had them install for us as my husband and I do the work together which cuts costs greatly. If you have never installed a floor, YouTube it and you are good to go..well worth the time and effort. I have ordered several hundreds of feet worth of products and will continue to do business with this place in the future for over a thousand more sq ft. Update: In the past, regarding carpet sales, my husband and I had assumed that Lowe's had the best prices with a military incentive to boot. I'm happy to say I was incorrect. I was quoted a far better price on approximately 1200 sq ft of good quality plush carpeting. The price per square foot included a medium to higher grade pad as well as furniture moving. That's right! Furniture moving is included.. this means you don't have to break your back to prepare for the installation. The installers were professional, on time and did not damage any furniture in the process. The total cost beat our original quote from Lowe's by over $1000! Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy shopping at Lowe's very much but for flooring, Flooring Liquidators in Maumelle has become my go-to.
